Second report on the continuation of the third session of the inquisition trial which seek to lynch the Las Heras’ workers

The statement of the police officer Garcia affirmed that the “evidence” given were taken and informed in the planimetry of the file, presented 7 years ago. Those “evidences” were taken in the building of the police of Las Heras, and were done between 3 and 5 days after the events were public. There were no state authority, and the building was not previously isolated neither guaranteed the security of the building. They made an expertise five days after! This is proving nothing at all! This is a fake trial with made-up proves and five days from the fact of the events. The actors of the lynching do not even remember the letter.
This policeman said that he does not recognize anyone of the workers present or remember anything about them. And he added police got a lot of ammunition in the scene, although it cannot prove their origin. Coming to say contradictions and brutality as it could not distinguish holes made by bullets and other by stones on the walls and window-panes of the building of the police station.
Then the officer Alejandro Ojeda declared, who was a researcher at the facts of the 6 and 7 February 2006 and mainly research the death of Sayago and other policemen injured of which gives the name of the officer Victoria, Leal and others who cannot remember. He requested to see the report done by the police intelligence forces at that time, because he remembers nothing. A few minutes later he recognizes their cooperation in this report, as he is head of Brigade of Investigations. He claims that the report was collected due the police made arrests in Las Heras.
Among the data collected includes: munitions pods and a cell phone with the name of one of the accused, saying that then it is found in his workplace and refers to another of the accused workers. It is quickly revealed that what he says is not what is written in the folder of the background of the case, after defense attorney makes the following observation about the workers.
He says that on February 7, 2006 he set it in Las Heras, after moving Sayago’s body and his family Gobernador Gregores. On the other hand, he argues that the night of February 06, 2006 saw that there was a crowd. Lembeye fascist Judge helps conceal such a charade and cynically tells him "you have a timing problem."
He keeps contradicting himself when on one side he claims that everything was done after three days and a total of sixty days, and on the other side the question of: "Do you remember the number of people were there that night?”, he replies that there were a crowd at that moment.
He remembered to have arrest "witnesses" after three days of events went by, and those arrests were made on the route, returning the workers from their workplaces.
He ensures not remember the presence of the examining magistrate Leone Ruata when he stopped and inquired the "witnesses".
When he was asked: How did you get the knowledge about the witnesses? The policeman stammers saying, "I was informed by my superiors."
Finally ends his testimony affirming that he does not remember or recognize any of the accused ones and he does not remember either to whom he took a statement.
This policeman Ojeda is one of the managers to beat up any workers who dear to stand up in the city.
There was a break until 4 pm. It is supposed another 3 policemen will testify.

The mood of the workers falsely accused and their families nevertheless is optimism, to resist and to fight fully (they encourage each other), they are aware that they are in the grip of the bourgeoisie, left isolated by the union bureaucracies of CGT and CTA. Some of them wonder why promised so much support when they were in Buenos Aires supporting other workers and now they are left alone in the court of the Inquisition.
Moreover the comrades while they a few mates (kind of tea) and eat a sandwich at the gas station, encourage each other, they realize the fiasco up to date of the police "witnesses" presented by the bourgeoisie to incriminate. They all know that all trial will be a fiasco, and their freedom does not depend on this inquisition court, but on the struggle and demonstration of workers.
Some comrades appreciate the huge international solidarity they got from the Collective for the Fourth International. In big posters was displayed the solidarity of the workers of Bolivia, Chile, Tunisia, Syria, Libya, Africa, bloodied by imperialist transnational companies in front of the bars of the court. There were also leaflet for demanding their acquisition in different laguagues as Japanese, from organizations in Australia, USA, so on.
They are not alone. Any current that speaks on behalf of the working class who tries to siege them again, in Argentina, they will get the repudiation of Argentina and world working class.
As socialist correspondents, in this fascist court, it came into mind the parody of the trial to the Chicago’s martyrs, when they were telling his tormentors that "there will be no evidence to demonstrate and convince you that we are not guilty, because you have already condemned us, because you want revenge against the workers that stand up".
But the fight is not lost. We insist again, from Las Heras and against this Inquisition court of the oil companies and the slaver bosses. There is still time to put all the forces of labor organizations to take out from the gallows the workers.
