Report on the third session of the fake fascist trial on the Las Heras workers, in the court of Caleta Olivia.

What was missing: lawyers who defend the fighters of Las Heras run away.
It is a shame!

The defender lawyers and the oil workers in the scaffold

Today at 9:30 am the session started, in the middle of a hard desolation for the workers falsely accused.  The bourgeoisie concentrated their forces, showing their power, at the hand of the boss trial of the judge Lembeye, with a great armed guard that surrounded the court led by the Argentina Army (Coast Guard).
There were only 20 people in the room.  In the enclosure was the relatives of the workers and members of Democracia Obrera.
The session is interrupted BECAUSE THE ATTORNEY FERNANDEZ -defender of Juan Pablo Bilbao, Juan Domingo Bilbao and Alexis Perez- is absent and after almost two hours of waiting and blackmailing to these workers, the judge gives them just an hour for them to get a new lawyer, and if not they would award a state public defender. After this, Fernandez comes into court, where he is discharged as a defender of those accused, for failure of his work. The indignation of the relatives is huge, because Fernandez has already got tens of thousands of pesos of the workers to defend them and now leaves them adrift. The working class must know who this lawyer is, a seller out of workers against the bourgeois state.

The Lawsuits

The workers of Las Heras had to pay coins by coin, huge sums of money from their pockets so a layer defend them, even more, they are sold out to the Inquisition court. Unfortunately there was more confusion among the comrades because another lawyer was not there because she had to teach (!?). Pathetic!
In addition to an inquisition, workers who lived imprisonment and tortures, openly they have to face being sold out by their own lawyers as Fernandez did to the trial who have already condemn the workers.
The indignation of the family ran through the court. How much more must our comrades and their families suffer, after all these attacks and isolation? Today more than ever the life of the workers and their families are with the workers who are struggling.
Then a brief statement is taken to Juan Domingo Bilbao, one of the thirteen accused workers, who was absent for personal reasons in the second session. Now he was brought into court by the police. The inquiries are on his personal data.
In these humiliating conditions for the workers, the fist so called witness starts to testify. It is shown that all of this is a trial prepared by the police intelligence, judges and the oil companies THEY JUST WANT REVENGE.
Roberto Martinez made a fool of himself, acknowledge from the party: he is a biochemist, and officer of the Police Department. He ran studies on the alleged evidence obtained in police raids at Juan Pablo Bilbao home. In his statement, Martinez affirmed that he does not recognize anyone, of all workers present in court, as the perpetrator of the death of Sayago.

And then he says he remembers nothing of the report he made seven years ago, and lawyer Mayorga –defender of Sayago- receives a warning by the judge Lembeye, because she did not find the text with the file to help Martinez to remind their claims. After a long time he was given a file and he asked a few minutes to read.
This is another example of such a prepared cause against the workers of Las Heras, even from the legal technically point of view.
Then Martinez, confirms his report, without blaming anyone. He said he had no hard evidence, although there were trousers supposedly taken from Bilbao’s house which contain human blood and other utensils with animal blood. Then the lawyer Mayorga asked questions to Martinez, totally biased to blame Bilbao. None of them is answered affirmatively, it was all answered with: "I do not know", "I do not remember".
Then the commissioner testified: Sebastian Ismael Garcia. He said he does not recognize the defendants as responsible for the death of Sayago.

As Martinez, he asked to be help to remember the content of his report in writing which was submitted seven years ago. Then he mentioned a mapping describing bullet holes, and several punches at the police building. All his statements were vague and general, unable to blame anyone in particular.
These are the first reports of the two police witnesses presented up to 1 pm.
