The Act was performed to the cry of "As with Qadafy it’s going to happen, the Syrian people in the streets will take to Bashar", "For the victory of the revolution in North Africa and the Middle East", " Syria and the whole Middle East is the tomb for the Gringos and Zionism" and "We’ll return to Palestinian capital, Jerusalem", and in it different comrades took the floor, among them representative of factories in the meat industry (such as cold-storage and meat processing plants Paty Co. and Rioplatense.), leaders of 'piqueteros' and unemployed movements as the Tower Group and student representatives of the Committee in Support of the Syrian Masses, as well as speakers of the different currents which convened or adhered to this united front activity.
Also young artists of "Vorkuta-Revolutionary Art ", expressed their feelings and their positions in photos, pictures, banners and posters that highlighted perfectly the revolutionary and internationalist content of this march.
This Act in Argentina in favor of the Syrian masses was endorsed from afar by the revolutionary fighters of the militias of Libya, the Committee of volunteer internationalist workers and the movement of factory committees and assemblies of rank and file Libyan workers. We show below these adhesions along with the photos of this united front march, as well as the banners that expressed the most important slogans showing the position of the LOI-CI / democracy Obrera, Member of the FLTI (International Leninist Trotskyist fraction).
Izquierda Socialista, promoter of an international campaign of a week in defense of Syria beginning May 30 to June 7, had sent an invitation to participate in this march to its partners PO and PTS, the currents comprising together with Izquierda Socialista the FIT ("left and workers’ front "), which recently presented an united slate in general elections in Argentina.
The PTS replied to IS that "there are no conditions" to make a march at the moment against the massacre of Al - Assad and proposed IS "returning to discuss the program", as "already in Libya the revolution has been expropriated by imperialism".
With this excuse and this harmful position, the leadership of the PTS and the FIT is located in the military trench with Al - Assad. It is a war between the exploited and the exploiters, with distinct trenches: either you are in one side or the other. This is the first position that every Marxist must take who fights for the civil war and insurrection in Syria to succeed as a socialist revolution, which should not be more than a link in a single revolution in the North of Africa and the Middle East, which has already been and can still return to be the spark that with Greece sets fire throughout the Mediterranean. |

What is valuable in this activity is the vanguard of workers and youth in Argentina joining the struggles which in different points of the planet began to break the siege against the Syrian masses; this siege had been tended by the reformist left, as lackey to Al - Assad as yesterday it was to Qadafy, and also servile to Chávez that sells oil to Al - Assad to feed his murderous war machine. All of them self-claiming lefts are under the command of Obama, the Arab League, Putin and Hu Jintao. The latter two are arming to the teeth Assad’s “Ghurkhas” -occupation troops to the Syrian nation, which are sustained to crush the revolution for bread that the starving and exploited masses of that country have begun.

The FLTI, of which the LOI-CI/ Democracia Obrera is a member, endorsed the slogan of the tens of thousands of Egyptian workers and exploited who repeatedly marched to the Embassy of Syria in Cairo to the cry: "US, NATO, al - Assad and Hezbollah caretakers of the borders to Zionism", as a part and an important link in our program for the victory of the Socialist Revolution throughout the region.

This militant action carried out in Argentina outside the Embassy of Syria coincided with the great uprising of the masses of Lebanon and Turkey on the Syrian border, in support of the martyred masses in that country.
From the FLTI, via its representatives at this event in Argentina, we welcome this action and call to strengthen an already concrete, effective and internationalist solidarity with the exploited masses of Syria: enough of just talking! Now it is not enough with just fencing and taking the Syrian embassies worldwide! Workers and youth in Tunisia, Lebanon and Libya are already fighting in the streets of Homs! The implementation of an effective support, on the basis of an International Committee to organize all kinds of concrete solidarity with the Syrian resistance is a problem of principles and honor for all currents claiming of the world working class.

From Germany, anti-imperialist youth have initiated a campaign to "ADOPT A REVOLUTION". Through its website, they receive funds forwarded to 29 local committees of the exploited that confront the murderous regime of Assad’s in the cities of Syria and in the refugee camps. A young German revolutionary, receiving the solidarity and commitment of thousands of workers, students, housewives, etc., ensured that nearly 200,000 euros were collected and made them reach the heart of the Syrian resistance.
It is regrettable then that currents and parties that claim to be "Socialist" -moreover who claim to be supporters to the martyred masses of Syria, are not already organizing from Europe, USA.U.S., Asia, Latin America and Africa, a major campaign of effective solidarity with the Syrian exploited, when there are thousands of channels, routes and roads to reach the combat of the masses of Syria and not to leave them isolated for al - Assad to massacre them on account of imperialism.
Sectors of the left that support the struggle of the Syrian masses, which rightly "attempt to prevent the Free Syrian Army from manipulating the resistance", remain atrociously silent on this issue; while not promoting a specific solidarity with the Syrian resistance from the worker organizations of the world, they allow that a dozen bourgeois colonels and officers of al – Assad’s army who have made an about face and are well hidden in Qatar with these bandits of the CNS, try to manipulate the rebellious masses handing over some cell phones and technical elements, and thus seek to hijack the masses’ struggle.

But speaking clearly, we must tell the truth. These formerly pro Assad generals or colonels now suddenly-turned "democratic" aren't who made tens of thousands of soldiers desert and switch to the side of the resistance, much less are them those who gave weapons to the masses, or who fought in the streets of Homs and Damascus. Except that there could be confused "Socialists" who claim this because they believe that bourgeois officers and generals fight in the forefront of the wars, including in the mass civil wars, i.e., in insurrections by the exploited who fight to conquer their bread against hunger and oppression.
Thus these left currents, often allied to "left" Zionism, use to glorify the "democratic" bourgeoisie and its officers and create illusions about them willing to arm the exploited, which is an outrageous lie. Creating the slightest illusion on this question, is indeed to be a spokesman for the pseudo "oppositionist" bourgeoisie and a couple of "democratic" General lackeys of imperialism, that are prepared to expropriate the struggle of the masses, should they come to accrue the head of Al - Assad, as yesterday the Libyan exploited did with Qadafy.
The former generals of Al - Assad who hid in Qatar (or Turkey, for that case) with the CNS, the other imperialist fraction of the Syrian bourgeoisie, are turning a million times more difficult to the masses the combat to defeat Al - Assad, because they ultimately want to negotiate and agree with him a "orderly breakthrough" for the Government's assassins, under the supervision of the UN and the Arab bourgeoisie, lackey to imperialism. The CNS and its generals, as well as the Arab League and the UN are which marked for al Assad’s artillery the coordinates of the heart of the mass resistance; while going out of Syria in February, they left Al - Assad hands-free to slaughter the exploited.
And now, when the siege against the Syrian masses starts to be broken, when the exploited in Lebanon revolt and the hatred of the masses increases and also does the promptness to combat of all the oppressed in North Africa and Middle East, i.e., when the masses are threatening with a new counter-offensive against the murderer of Damascus, imperialism says, "now” -after months of massacre-, it would be “willing to intervene in defense of democracy", as France and Belgium.
After supporting the massacres by al - Assad they do not hesitate to intervene directly for Syria not to be "a new Libya", i.e., to prevent armed masses entering Damascus and executing murderous al - Assad.
Therefore only the workers, poor peasants and rank-and-file soldiers would be capable of crushing al – Assad’s fascist and counter-revolutionary forces, and by taking power in their own hands, could free Syria from imperialism, conquer their bread and transform Syrian’s borders in fields of supply and organization for the revolutionary struggle of the Palestinian masses against the Zionist-fascist State of Israel, and also of the Iraqi resistance against the Government of the US protectorate in Iraq, supported by the bands of Hezbollah, the Iranian Shiite bourgeoisie and Baghdad Sunni -and Shiite- bourgeoisie.
We must be clear once and for all: it was neither the CNS, Obama nor a couple of generals or colonels hidden in Qatar, as the Qadafist left and the "Club of friends" of Chávez want to make us believe, which armed the masses and confronted Al - Assad and his bloodthirsty troops.
There were the workers and youth -fighting for their bread and first disarming the police, who won over in heroic fighting their cousins, brothers, husbands in uniform, the rank and file soldiers that have been deserting from the beginning of the Syrian revolt, and still are. These rank and file soldiers were thus moved to the side and the barricade of their families and put with their rifles to confront murderous al - Assad. This is the resistance. Thus it was born. Thus, it fights against Al - Assad. At the barricades, in the trenches and in the refugee camps, those who fight elect their chiefs, and the ones chosen are who fight at the forefront of the combats against the killer forces of Al - Assad. And that is why we cannot allow any bourgeois official or bosses’ politician, to try to place him/herself that did not fight or die fighting against Al – Assad, at the head of the mass struggle hijack it.

At the barricades of the working-class neighborhoods in the cities of Syria, exploited with knives, sticks and rifles defend their families and their children. And if many of them shout "we are the free Syrian army", it is because the leadership of labor organizations in the world betrayed them. Because if their bullets and rifles had been sent by the European trade unions or by the Tunisian UGTT, and their wounded had been cured with antibiotics and gauze sent by workers of the Americas, they would be now shouting: "we are of the UGTT, we are of the British Trade Unions, we are of the Greek unions, we are of the outraged in Wall Street..." Those who accuse the fighters in the barricades of the urban insurrections in Syria and make them responsible for this situation are nothing more than servants to the union bureaucracies and social-imperialist parties in the world.

Those who accuse the fighters in the barricades of the urban insurrections in Syria and make them responsible for this situation are nothing more than servants to the union bureaucracies and social-imperialist parties in the world.
Today the Syrian resistance is still fighting. It does so under the worst conditions, despite and against their isolation and the silence created by all leaderships of worker bureaucracies and aristocracies of the world and their social-imperialist parties, which even denounce and accuse the Syrian exploited of being "agents of imperialism" for the only "crime" of wanting to fight for their bread and their freedom.
These alleged "Socialist", true lackeys to imperialism in the facts, don’t say that officers of the Chinese army, under the orders of the Asian Command of the Pentagon, and the counter-revolutionary White generals of Putin, responsible for the genocide in Chechnya under the command of the German Basf, are ceaselessly arming to the teeth the murderous army of al - Assad. These currents of the reformist left are as the bird that shriek somewhere else while they lay their eggs in the basket of Putin, Hu Jintao, Obama and the Pentagon.
These leaderships have put all their strength to leave the Syrian exploited’s struggle isolated for al - Assad to massacre them.

Therefore, only if the labor organizations of the world break the siege around the Syrian exploited, as they are already doing the exploited in Tunisia, Libya and Lebanon, the no less imperialist bourgeoisie of the CNS and their colonels counter-revolutionaries hidden in Qatar shall be prevented from appropriating this heroic fight of the Syrian resistance.
From this perspective, and as a first step in this fight, we welcome from the FLTI this courageous action by the youth, workers and Socialist organisations that marched to the Embassy of Syria in Argentina.
The June 7th march demonstrated that already in the month of January or February there were conditions to organize or summon to a mobilization in support of the Syrian masses, with the same or even more forces that came on June 7th. It is so because the conditions to break the encirclement of Syria have been created by the heroic martyred exploited fighting against Al - Assad in Syria and throughout the region.
The conditions for the struggle must be conquered. They do not fall from the sky. That is what this important step taken in Argentina in favour of the Syrian masses is all about; we should deepen it by coordinating with all labour and oppressed people’s organizations of the world already marching to fight to Syria and collecting funds and medicines, like those in Europe, for the Syrian resistance not to be crushed. This is the only way. That an unitary action for Syria then be a first step to redouble the fight to set up an International Committee for the victory of the socialist revolution in Syria.
Because as it was raised by the representative of the FLTI in the act in Argentina: "what unifies all of us the exploited of the world to fight alongside the Syrian masses is not simply the fight against imperialism. Of course we agree that those there are the same assassins as here. But as well as in the 19th century we workers were gathered together in an international struggle for the 8 hours’ workday, today to conquer our bread, what unifies us globally is the fight for the worker and socialist revolution, to make the working class seize the power."
For today's reformism, as was yesterday for Stalinism, Social democracy and the Mensheviks, the struggle for the socialist revolution is a deed to be performed on Donkey years ahead. They affirm that "now it is necessary to conquer the democracy and left governments as in Greece, without revolution or demolishing the bourgeois state machinery", i.e., they propose the "peaceful way to socialism", as Castroites did yesterday, leading the Chilean revolution of the ' 70s to be smashed by the sabers of Pinochet’s Generals.
The way to conquer bread today is the struggle for the Socialist Revolution and the seizure of power by the working class. Everything else is a vile lie. Today has become more crucial and immediate than ever the position of the Fourth International: "while fighting every day for the seizure of power and the Socialist Revolution, we do not hesitate using all conquest we take partially or coincidentally from capitalism".
For this reason, from the FLTI we will not silence that there is a key to turn decisively the outcome in favor of the exploited that combat in North Africa and the Middle East. Firstly, the emergence of the working class of the imperialist countries, which is in the best position to hand-cuff imperialism that alongside Putin and Hu Jintao support al - Assad murderous war machine.
And on the other hand, there is an issue that all administrators of capitalism and imperialism in bankruptcy keep silent and muted. What is more, they have denigrated and dirtied an historical and concrete truth: that the Libyan masses are armed and it is urgent to regroup their forces to defeat and crush the TNC and its fraudulent elections. The victory of the socialist revolution in Libya would be the shortest path to crush Al - Assad in Damascus, rise up the Palestinian masses and make them succeed in Jerusalem.
All keep silent on the present electoral trap and the rigging by the TNC in Libya, because all the currents that talk about "socialism" have dirtied their own hands, being accomplices of constituent fraudulent elections and parliamentary detours imposed by the exploiters as brakes on the revolutionary offensives by the insurrected masses of Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain, Yemen, Palestine, etc. and now in Libya.
We must speak out: when they try today to bring Libyan masses to an electoral trap orchestrated by the TNC and imperialism to expropriate the revolution and disarm the exploited, all the yesterday’s agents of Qadafy keep well silent and look the other side.
Moreover, there are currents as the English WRP that denounce as "highwaymen" the exploited who take daily Tripoli airport, attack the offices of the TNC and organize revolutionary general strikes in Misratah to conquer decent wages and the bread for their families, denied to them yesterday by Qadafy and today denied by the Qadafist generals and politicians of the TNC.
Internationalist Trotskyists of the FLTI, along with other internationalist forces, have formed an international bloc to set up a revolutionary leadership which would facilitate the workers worldwide, and particularly those in North Africa and the Middle East the struggle for the seizure of power, working with the masses and the working class in the region in disarming all traps and scams that at each step the bourgeoisie and the treacherous leaderships of the world proletariat impose to the exploited to divert their revolutionary fighting.
We are openly against currents which as the WRP openly attack the revolutionary masses. All of them as the Renegades of Trotskyism turned into neo-Stalinist forces, support Al - Assad today as yesterday they did with Qadafy, because ultimately they are who actively support the capitalist restoration being developed openly in Cuba by the Castro brothers. They support the new Cuban proto-bourgeoisie associated with imperialism, which sacked 500,000 production workers, reconstituted the right of inheritance and sold as franchises to the world such Socialist conquests as the high quality Cuban education and health care; they are restoring capitalism in the island by joining the ALBA -a capitalist common market with Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua and Colombia, all capitalist countries, subjected to imperialism in Latin America.
They are today with Hu Jintao and Putin, the largest agents of imperialism in Asia and Russia, as in 1989 they were wrecking the clean flags of the Fourth International supporting Yeltsin and Gorbachev, the Stalinist scoundrels in the former USSR, and the murderous "red" entrepreneurs of the Chinese CP, both of which at the time they crushed the masses were giving in the greatest conquests of revolution in the 20th century.

None of them are Socialist; they are despicable traitors who speak on behalf of "socialism" to dirty it and give up its flags to the bourgeoisie. That’s why the clean flags of socialism rest now in the hands of those who fight for founding anew the Fourth International.
When the masses were fighting and smashed Qadafy, these currents ripped off their vestments denouncing that the Libyan exploited were guided by the TNC as "agents of imperialism and NATO ground troops". Today, this "Bolivarian" left clinging to the coattails of Al - Assad the killer, is silent, turn a blind eye and look the other side when the scoundrels of the Libyan TNC (which are true agents of imperialism and not the masses who fought and executed Khadafy) attempt to hijack the revolution with fraudulent elections that seek to reconstitute the Qadafy regime with his murderous bourgeois generals and politicians.

The TNC has been unable until now to disarm the Libyan masses by force, or destroy their dual power. The masses and their militias have already said they will never disarm. The militias have already said that they will keep armed forever because they will not allow any Government to attack the workers and the people. That is why elections are the last attempt to legitimize a puppet pseudo-parliament to make the masses leave their weapons.
The armed exploited masses in Libya are which crushed Qadafy. NATO and the TNC are those who wanted to prevent this. As the port workers of Tripoli say: "Today in Libya we need another revolution; and if we have to produce 10 revolutions more, we will. And if we need 20 revolutions in Libya and Syria, we will also do. Either we live well or die fighting for it. Let all managers, chiefs and bosses: we will not rest until our demands are met; and if we have to close the port to prevent the entry and exit of goods, we will do; and if we have to go with our rifles to execute all bosses, we will also do. We do not give up the blood of our martyrs."
This program must be voted in all labor organizations, not only in Libya, the Maghreb and the Middle East, but in those of the European working class and world. This battle cry and this program raised by workers newly born to political life defending the interests of their class, after 42 years of Qadafism, is a million times superior and insightful than the "recipes" of all currents that speaking in the name of socialism, trampled over its programme and its flags and handed them over to the bourgeoisie and the bankers.
This is so because all of them false socialists take well care of not posing as an immediate task and putting all of their forces in accomplishing the action that is raised in Libya, i.e., the disarmament of the officers of the TNC; the defeat of their fraudulent electoral trap; the coordination of the Libyan councils and the committees of immigrants from Egypt and Tunisia, to make the militias and Libya factory committees seize the power with a successful insurrection carrying the socialist revolution to victory; expropriating without compensation and under worker control the Libyan oil from the hands of the Imperial Oil to conquer bread and dignity for all the workers.
There would be the best rear-guard for helping the European revolution and the struggle of the martyred masses of Syria. From Libya and from Tunisia the most heroic and dedicated combatants are departing to fight and die in the streets of Homs, Deraa and Damascus and the entire rebellious Syria.
In Libya Al - Assad/Qadafy was crushed by the armed masses. The traitors of the proletariat want to hide under the carpet the Libyan insurrected, armed masses and their dual power, to prevent them from being the example and the way to follow not only to defeat Al - Assad in Syria, but to curb the brutal attack suffered by the European working class in the land of the imperialist powers in bankruptcy, to take Wall Street and to advance the struggle for the victory of the Socialist Revolution, internationally.
In addition, we are publishing the balance sheet of this mobilization edited by the comrades of the Tower Group, which from the outset have been located next to the revolutionary masses of Libya and Syria.
