On how Obama won the elections in Venezuela

Some will be surprise for the assertion that the imperialism and his spokesman, that Black Bush of Obama, was who obtained a victory with the electoral results in Venezuela for president 2012. But it cannot be said in another way since the boli-bourgeoisie sustains the rotten capitalist ruling in the region at the expense of expropriating the revolutionary processes and acts then as active counterrevolutionary force. Thus, the imperialism “help” by collaborating with the stabilization of the boli-bourgeosie regime promoting an electoral bipartisan scenario where the bourgeois opposition as well as chavism (bourgeois till the core too) agree on negotiating the continuity of the PSUV in the national government in exchange of an important increase of the MUD (opposition) in the governments. For both, it was crucial to legitimize this fake in the elections reducing as much as possible the abstention of the dissatisfied sectors.

The candidate Capriles, the same coupist man of 2002 responsible for the tragedy and death of workers during that dates and to whom the accomplice Chávez granted amnesty, was to “tie up” such negotiation in his interview with the killer Santos in Colombia for him to be mediator and notary in the middle of the good relations such government keep with the PSUV in Venezuela nourished by the complicity in the surrender and destruction of the Colombian resistance and speed up in the capitalist restoration in Cuba. For that, MUD takes advantage due to the erode manifest of chavism and immediately at the end of the elections it was known that candiadte Caprile was given the government of the important state of Miranda, adjacent to Caracas.

For imperialism it cannot be another way about, since the bolibourgeois government and not a “neo-puntofijista” guarantees his business. As Chavez says “this, my government, is the one that guarantee you, sirs of the high bourgeoisie, Cisneros, Polar Group and many others, even Obama, the so desired stability for the business and development continue because if I give up the presidential for you to govern directly you destabilize the country...” it is a maxim of the bourgeois Right, it is a confession.

For that reason, imperialism pretended to be absent-minded when Chavez imposed his referendum in February 2009 that changed the bourgeois Constitution to have the possibility to indefinitely run for the reelection. There is no more to say except that many workers saw it and they only went to vote for Chavez propelled by the manipulators of the pseudo-left including the renegades of trotskism who nourished the fake that it was necessary to do so for “the right-wing not to come back” hinting at chavism is the “left”. Workers must free from these plague to be able to follow a revolutionary path and our fight is about it.
But the action of the bolibourgeoisie is not only on the national arena. It would be enough to name the role played by the Bolivarian bouegeoisie and its government together with the traitors and renegades of the pseudo-left supporting the murderous Khadafy; the same role played today with Al Assad. As an example, the own Chavez gave condolence for the death of the US ambassador executed by the fair rage of the revolutionary militias in Libya, and again in recent speech, he regreted the Khadafy’s death.

These politics followed by chavism are not any “incoherence”. It is not an incoherence on the part of the bolivarian bourgeois government but it is a politic very consistent with his character, besides of bourgeois, pro-imperialist too. As we have affirmed from the Liga Comunista de los Trabajadores-Fracción Leninista Trotskista Internacional, these Boli-bourgeoisies of the region have been playing a role of direct agents of imperialism, especially of US long time ago. On this aspect, it is important to highlight that Chavez in an interview days before the elections in Venezuela, affirmed that...”if Barak Obama votes in the Venezuelan elections, he will vote for Chavez” and continues “...if I vote in US, I will also vote for Obama”.

These are not simple compliments, they are proofs of agreement in criterion as regards how to lead the continental policy facing the class struggle to try to content and defeat masses and revolutionary proletariat by using the residual prestige of chavism and the political base given by reformism and the traitors and renegades to consolidate the capitalist restoration in Cuba in the hands of the new worm proto-bourgeoisie of the Cuban CP, finish the surrender of the Colombian resistance and affirm the continental platform of business for imperialism like it is Unasur through the mix up of commercial agencies of TLC-CAN-ALBA-Mercosur.

Everything with the interest to keep protecting the rearguard of imperialism in “his backyard” of Latin America so that it can begin  recovering the rate of profits and stop the World capitalist crisis massacring the Iraqi and Afghanistan masses and deepening the expropriation of revolution in the North of Africa and Middle East; even trying to disarm by force the revolutionary militias of Libya and maintaining, as much possible, the genocide Al Assad who does the dirty work for imperialism armed by the weapons of the red mandarins and his Hu Jintao and the ganster Putin.

For that reason, Chavez cried for the Khadafy’s death as well as the death of the US ambassador in Libya and sent condolences for the Master from the North, a death that appeared when the ambassador was conspiring in Benghasi to defeat the Libyan revolutionary militias. This is not in contradiction with the support Chavez gave Khadafy and gives Al Assad, since, these genocides make the dirty work for imperialism to weaken the revolution`s forces by massacres and thus, facilitate the later task of expropriation of revolution on the part of the impostors that occupied positions forming “Councils of Transitions” and calling for Constituent Assemblies supported by the pseudo-left and renegades of Trotskyism.

It is also about an Al Assad, like Khadafy,  whose weapons are supplied partially by Hu Jintao (the other part is supplied by the ganster Putin) who facing the aggression of the Japanese imperialism of occupying the Island Diaoyu near Taiwan responded with warm “diplomatic protests” and brutal repression against masses that in China go out to repudiate the aggression showing the character of “great power”-but it will be maquila (sweat shop)-  the reformist, impostors and renegades want to give China. In US particularly they use this manipulation to frighten US workers against their class Chinese brothers and therefore, they try to submit the US worker movement to the Obama feet. To this job they are also focused the boli bourgeosies with Chavez and Castro at the head. It is a net of treasons all around the globe where these boli-bourgeois governments are an essential part.

A candidacy which was not and would not want to be neither classist nor revolutionary

On the other hand we see the PSL’UIT, which flourish the candidacy of Orlando Chirino as “worker and classist” in regards to all the hot questions of the international class struggle they were silence, such a silence as it feed the siege the bourgoisie has against the workers, dividing them country per country and in this way defeat the, separated. “Divide and you will win!”, this is the theme of the bourgeoisie.  The workers must fight united, but without the reformism nor with the renegades of the different type, and we have to fight with the revolutionary fighters from other countries, in the capitalist crisis as this one where the worker put on risk their lives in order to get the so hoped victory of the revolution, as today the masses of Syria and Libya are doing.
For that reason in our last statement before the elections in Venezuela, we made a call that Chirino Orlando and his PSL’UIT show with practical facts that its candidature was not “independent” but also was not “worker and classist”. Because this is how to make revolutionary policy: facing the masses and not in private chats from a comfortable sofa.

It is incoherent, and not the Chavez international policy, is that a proposal supposed to be [of the workers and classist”, does not make a systematic exposure of this facts of the Bolivarian bourgeoisie that has a world impact in the class struggle.  Is it possible to be classist and not internationalist_ the nationalism is a ideological creation of the bourgeoisie which is not believable.  There are borders in order to create markets and keep divided the worker movement, aligned its condition of historical world subject.

For that reason it is terrible, from the point of view proletariat revolutionary, that the PSL-UIT  took the silence as part of their policy, dividing the revolutionary program into one part “international” and another “national” and a third character claiming minimal economisist as it said that the first part of the program is not useful “to win the elections” as The workers of their countries does not vote  in Venezuela!, the third part of this program is to take the militant worker movement to the meat processor of the Labor Ministry of the Boli-bourgeoisie collaborating in the stability of the regime and finally the second part of the program, some part is used to launch a candidacy which final proposal was manage the bourgeois state within the bourgeoisie framework and pro-imperialist Bolivarian Constitution and its regime. This proposal was to make kind of popular front government (as in the “best” moments of Stalinism) which could retake the path that they “had abandoned” due to a “derailed” Chavez who left behind his “progressive character” and gave “the back to the people”.  But … what is the differenced of this proposal from the one of Chavez? Almost nothing! The only differences they propose that the regime would be manage by a former union leader at the head.  For that reason many workers say to themselves: “why to vote the generic copy if we have the original, Chavez himself?
Making this balance sheet we are not talking even to go deeper on the role played by Orlando Chirino and his group in the national textile worker fight in the 90s which ended in the dismantle of this productive branch and it became the cemeteries of the factories in order to take advantages of the China maquila, all at the hand of the bourgeois Francisco Natera, who was the president of Fedecamaras (main boss chamber in Venezuela) an later minister in Chavez government.  We are not talking to make a balance sheet of his role in the demobilization and break of the fight of Sanitarios Maracay as the most advanced reference of the fight of the workers for the real worker control in Venezuela, while he continued with the Chavism so far he guaranteed an administrative position well paid in PDVSA without going to work, well… at least no as the other workers do in the oil area exploited by the Boli bourgeoisie but doing other type of “jobs” as the one in Sanitarios Maracay.  He only separated a little from Chavism when he denied to put him as his leader in the national union at mid 2008.

The one fact we are talking about is the role played by this organization to not use the candidacy to develop as far as possible the extra-parliamentary struggle of the workers to conquer their demands, together with the internationalist struggle and supporting and relying it on the fighting that now revolutionary militias in Libya are waging against bourgeois attempt of the forcible disarmament, the heroic struggle of the Syrian masses against the genocide of  Assad and the miners of South Africa and South America. As Trotsky stated, there is no longer room for national programs in the decadent era of imperialism. It is not justifiable in any way that a group calling itself internationalist as UIT, which belongs Orlando Chirinos, while calling themselves "independent" of Chavez, support from "left" in Bolivia the collaborationist bureaucracy of COB and Mining Federation, whom he proposed forming a "political Workers instrument ", ie a common party. He proposed to the bureaucracy that backs the government of Evo Morales which feed with "worker ministers" in their pro-imperialist cabinets. For that reason in Bolivia the left is servant of the infamous regime of the pact between Evo Morales and the fascist Media Luna that with their Constituent, it guarantees the great land to the landlords and the looting of mining and hydrocarbons to the transactional company. This counterrevolutionary pact of MAS and Media Luna was blessed by the OAS and Unasur on the blood of the Bolivian workers and peasants who stole their revolution. So in Bolivia the farce of "Bolivarian revolution" acts, the reformist left are servants of this “revolution” and now it places the miners to fight between each other, on this question Chirino silenced it in his campaign.

This show that with actions that they call for “independence” are just a fake that are part of the ones that from their positions call opportunistically to make a electoral farse, to cheat the workers to the so called “Left and Worker Front” and they were sorrow as PSL-UIT did not call it.
It is clearer that this candidacy of PSL’UIT was as a presentation in order to call a new union apparatus from “independence” leadership in the post electoral period, which could be useful to divert the fights that the proletariat vanguard might led fighting against the bourgeois policy of Chavez, taking it away from their power and insurrectional path to take it to dead ends in the benefit of the union bureaucracy, and therefore, of the bourgeoisie.
Given this scenario, what is left is to make an appeal to the honest workers to rely only on their own strength and fight for their own demands developing their own class organs in which to express workers democracy and conquer a revolutionary program taking power, which passes through overthrowing revolutionary the bourgeois government ruling, so that there is employment, housing, health, sufficient food, quality, real free education, infrastructure to serve the real needs of the masses and not the market. Fight for the sliding scale of working hours to ensure jobs for all, sliding scale of wages to fight against inflation, and the organization of a Revolutionary Workers Congress with rank and file delegates representing 1 every thousand workers for production centre and revocable at any time, to define a national plan of struggle culminating in a general strike, accompanied by self-defense bodies of the working as a first step to build a real worker power fighting in Venezuela as in Syria, Libya, Tunisia and all North Africa and the Middle East.

It is necessary to smash imperialism and its regime of “Republicrats” of Obama and Romey! We have to expropriate Wall Street and the entire imperialist parasite and their transnational companies that plunder the world!
Down with the continental counterrevolutionary pact between the Bolivarian and Obama!
Down with the pact between Chávez–Castro–Santos–Obama to smash the Colombian resistence sell out by the FARC leadership and end up to restore the capitalism in Cuba! Out the US military base in Colombia, Gauntanamos and the entire continente supported by the pacts of Bolibavarians and Obama!
Down with continental counterrevolutionary pact that in Bolivia keep together the Morale’s government with the fascist Media luna blessed by OAS and Unasur to guarantee the imperialist plunder while they send the miners to kill among each other for a job position!
Down with the counterrevolutionary pact of Chavez-Capriles under the command of Obama! Down with the Bolivarian pro imperiaslit bourgeoisie Constitution!
Let conquer through the fight our demands!
Let recover the state cpmpanies at the hand of the bourgeoisie-bureaucracy of PSUV let fight for the ral Worker Control!
For the revolutionary overthrowing of the bourgeoisie governments: Revolutionary Worker Congress now!
No reformist project of “nationalism” let unify our fight with the rest of the world working class!
Against the continental counterrevolutionary pact: For a worker and peasant revolutionary pact so the revolution of Ecuador, Argentina of 2001, Bolivia of 2003-2005, the revolutionary commune of Oaxaca-Mexico, the fight of the US working class as a single worker and socialist revolution!
For a Federation of Worker and Socialsit Republic of North, Central and South America!
For the refoundation of the 4th International on the programmatic bases of 1938!
