FIT: a democratizing left of the infamous Argentinean state and regime

Once again the main currents which are part of FIT kneel before the institutions of the bourgeois regime. The investigation over the cause of AMIA and the death of prosecutor Nisman exposed again the collaborationist (pro-popular front) and opportunist character of PO’s and PTS’s leaderships.
FIT politicians tell workers that “clarify” Nisman’s death is a cause of the working class. Workers have nothing to do with the war of the intelligence services used by bourgeois fractions to dispute businesses based, precisely, in over exploiting us, the workers. Bourgeoisie and their institutions must settle the deaths of their employees!

MP Pitrola and Partido Obrero say: “Clarify Nisman’s death. Let’s held a public rally with his denounces. The cabinet must appear in the National Congress for an integral and public questioning about AMIA. Full opening of the intelligence files of the SI (Secretary of Intelligence) and the Army. Destitution, trial and punishment to Milani. Repeal of the Anti-Terrorist Law and Project X of intelligence. (01-20-2015, Partido Obrero, published on its website).
MP Del Caño (PTS) says: “(…) opening the files of Secretary of Intelligence and all services of the security forces, bodies which must dissolved because their only task is conspire against the interests of the toiling people and handle information at the service of different bourgeois cliques.” (01-19-2015 PTS published on its website)

Both MPs of FIT are saying the same. But, as we can see, MPs of reformist left propose only presenting laws in the Parliament where there are the same bosses’ parties that rule SI and the entire bourgeoisie’s intelligence apparatus. They are telling the working class that the very same bourgeois state, which essence is being a “gang of armed men” of oppression against exploited, can dissolve itself! Come on! This is asking a predator to become its own victim. They are re-editing the “peaceful way to socialism” of Stalinism, in this case in a more decayed and worn down by history of “dissolve State’s power through the Parliament”.
Bourgeois state can only be ‘destroyed’ by revolution”, wise words of Lenin (“State and Revolution”, 1917). FIT and his members, who ask for mercy the bourgeois Parliament to be noble and democratic, broke with him years ago.
FIT leadership, in a real uprising against revolutionary Marxism, tells workers that State and bourgeois democracy are neutral elements. 4th International, many years ago, proved this was not true: “(…) Democracy shaped by bourgeoisie is not, as Benrstein and Kautsky thought, an empty bag which can be filled with any class content. Bourgeois democracy can only work for the bourgeoisie”. (90 years of the Communist Manifesto, Leon Trotsky 1937). FIT under this political “strategy”, the same propelled by the old German Social Democracy, is leading to the defeat the militant vanguard by looking “progressive” bosses and judges to “put pressure on”.

Unfortunately before these events which are shaking the national political scene FIT is not even a “Front” of consequent democrats. They do not call now (when the totalitarian and bonapartist character of the semi-colonial bourgeois regime is completely exposed) to a National Assembly, as a extreme democratic demand: 4th International in 1938 said: “The central task of the colonial and semi-colonial countries is theagrarian revolution, i.e., liquidation of feudal heritages, and national independence, i.e., the overthrow of the imperialist yoke. Both tasks are closely linked with each other.
It is impossible merely to reject the democratic program; it is imperative that in the struggle the masses outgrow it. The slogan for a National (or Constituent) Assembly preserves its full force for such countries as China or India. This slogan must be indissolubly tied up with the problem of national liberation and agrarian reform. As a primary step, the workers must be armed with this democratic program. Only they will be able to summon and unite the farmers. On the basis of the revolutionary democratic program, it is necessary to oppose the workers to the "national" bourgeoisie. Then, at a certain stage in the mobilization of the masses under the slogans of revolutionary democracy, soviets can and should arise. Their historical role in each given period, particularly their relation to the National Assembly, will be determined by the political level of the proletariat, the bond between them and the peasantry, and the character of the proletarian party policies. Sooner or later, the soviets should overthrow bourgeois democracy. Only they are capable of bringing the democratic revolution to a conclusion and likewise opening an era of socialist revolution.

FIT hides this program now. But when masses demolish bourgeois regimens and states (like in the revolutions of Maghreb and Middle East), when masses set up organisms of dual power to overthrow bourgeoisie… there FIT picks up again the program of “Constituent Assembly” and uses it a noose in masses’ neck, i.e. as a slogan of bourgeois power which places exploited people further from political power. PO, PTS, IS (Socialist Left, TN) and other left currents are always going in the opposite direction, but they are always trying to democratize bourgeois regimens and states.
Today they are incapable of overpass the limits of the reactionary Constitution of 1853-1994, of fake Parliamentarism, aristocratic senate and a justice that is always ready to declare “unconstitutional” any law that help the people. They say that through reforms and law and with this reactionary constitution of 1853-1994 national independence and working class’ demands can be achieved. A parody of the most recalcitrant sectors of the reformist world left.
Working class must defeat FIT’s popular-front class collaboration policy, which from its MPs hugs one of the bourgeois fractions and states that everything can be solved by voting left MPs and laws; in the mean time they say nothing about the totalitarian and dictatorial character of the Constitution of 1853-1994 and all its institutions. It has become an obstacle for the exploited masses’ revolutionary fight, not  only for emancipation but also to conquer democratic rights.
