We present the resolutions of the Conference of WIL-FLTI. This conference and their resolutions are a consequence of the fight to unify the forces of the proletariat of Black Africa in a single fight. The demand and method in struggle of the workers of Marikana of “12.500R for all of leave the country!” echoed in Zimbabwe.
This war cry showed how right the program and fighting methods: with self defense pickets, worker democracy, conquering the Fighting Committee of all the mines fighting independently fought the Anglo American, follower regime of Apartheid of ANC-COSATU-CP and the rotten union bureaucracy of COSATU. This demand and fight were the ones needed by the entire working class of Zimbabwe and the region putting on the agenda that in order to eat, to have work, housing, health and education for all it is necessary to expropriate the transnational companies, the land owners and bankers who plunder Africa.
Fighting in this way the workers of Marikana got the admiration of the class brothers, who encourage each other to keep their example, from Africa to the black Africa. Thus the internationalist workers of WIL voted that this fight is with the Afro American worker youth who fights and ask for justice for the dozens of youth murder by the police of Obama. The working class of the entire Africa needs to unify the fight with the Afro American proletariat of United States who is standing up.
WIL from the first moment fought to unify this fights, it is for this reason that with other workers organizations of Zimbabwe set up the Unified Fighting Committee which fights to do as in Marikana. We present in this way the fight of the resolutions voted with different members of worker and students organizations which are part of the Committee. This one tied their fate and move ahead the program of the workers of Marikana of worker democracy, assembly and picket to the entire Zimbabwe.
Thus, the internationalist worker movement in South Africa, which is a great example of how to break the isolation, to organize and prepare the general strike to unify all the demands of all the exploiters in the region. The fight is and was against the regimes supported by the Stalinism and other social imperialist currents who siege and silence the heroic fight of Marikana which shook South of Africa. This is a great step forward in the fight against the plundering and super exploitation of the Anglo American and other transnational companies in Africa.
Finally we present the leaflet for the Gold mne in Kadoma - Gold Clay Pig Investment (Gold Mill)- whose workers were dismissed and many of them have not received their wages since November. In this decisive fight WIL is participating actively. We are all workers of Kadoma mine! Let’s unify and coordinate the National Committee of struggle which organize the pickets and fighting committees, fight for the general strike to get all our demands. To hit as a single fist against the exploiters, governments and political parties. |
