ENOUGH WITH THE GOVERNMENT’S RENEGES! IMMEDIATE WAGE INCREASE AS IT WAS ALREADY GIVEN TO THE DOCTORS AND PROFESSIONALS, WE ARE ALL HEALTH WORKERS!

Neither the civil service law, nor the health reforms from the government of Humala and his ministers… For the victory of our strike we have to fight for:
GENERAL WAGE INCREASE FOR ALL THE WORKERS!
NOT A SINGLE LAYOFF!
Down with Humala’s privatization plan!
To ensure the free and of quality health for all the workers and the poor people!

WE HAVE TO IMPOSE THE BUREAUCRACY
THE IMMEDIATE GENERAL STRIKE OF THE CGTP!

Humala’s government intends to continue reneging us in its negotiating tables with empty phrases and promises while he sends the police thuggery against the workers. The salary of doctors and health professionals has been increased, but there will be no increase for the administrative workers, and for the assistance workers it is offered differentiated increases by level as they did with the teachers, whose vast majority continues earning the same misery as always. For the workers it is offered hunger and deceases that are contracted in the working day. This is what is offered by the Humala’s “health reform”, which will deepen the privatization in health with thousands of evaluations-layoffs and hunger wages, as was done by Fujimori. And with the announced impact of the huge capitalist world crisis the ailments of the worker families will be multiplied. WE CAN’T ALLOW THIS! To defeat Humala and the MNCs’ plan, we need a large combat at a national level. The health problem belongs to all the workers! A single class, a single struggle against the exploiters! The Stalinist bureaucracy of the CGTP wants to leave us isolated, and we won’t be victorious with a strike without proper preparation. We have to urgently call the entire working people to a single struggle for wage increase for all, since the prices keep rising and the starvation is imposed to the exploited. “Divide and Rule!”, Humala says. The workers must say: without joining our forces with the entire working people we will be defeated. We need to strengthen our Strike Committee with delegates from all the workers: from health, teachers, students, miners, etc., revocable by the bases, to unify our struggle. In defense of the public health we must emphatically oppose to the “health reform”, since it will deepen the health privatization for the benefit of the large clinics, private insurance companies and the pharmaceutical MNCs financed by the Wall Street parasites. And with the privatizations the massive layoffs through “evaluations” and the starvation wages come along.
The  bureaucrats from APRA inside the FENUTSSA not only have imposed our isolation over the bases, but have also led us to the trap of negotiating with the government, asking to be “included” in the health reform promoted by Humala. We can’t expect else from the bosses’ party of the former ministers of Alan García, Pinillos and Vallejos, chiefs of the INEN and owners of the GRUPO SALUD DEL PERÚ SAC [Health Group of Peru SAC], to which the private clinic “Oncosalud”, junior partner of the “American Hospital Management”, belongs. We must break the isolation imposed by the divisive strike-breakers and regain our common struggle with the whole of the State workers and with all the exploited of the country against the exploiter and privatizing policy of Humala. Let’s conquer all together the general increase of the wages, against the massive layoffs and in defense of the public health and education, of high quality and free, unifying our forces with all the workers and pulling out from the treacherous bureaucracy of Huamán the general strike of the CGTP bases.

2. DOWN WITH THE EVALUATION-LAYOFF POLICY OF THE GOVERNMENT IMPOSED WITH THE “HEALTH REFORM” AND THE “CIVIL SERVICE LAW”! EXPANSION OF THE DESIGNATIONS AND IMMEDIATE CHANGE OF OCCUPATIONAL GROUP!
3. BASE ASSEMBLIES IN EVERY HOSPITAL, FOR STRIKE COMMITTEES WITH DELEGATES REVOCABLE BY THE BASES, FOR SELF-DEFENSE COMMITTEES, FOR FRONTS IN DEFENSE OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH, CENTRALIZED IN A LARGE NATIONAL STRUGGLE COMMITTEE WITH DELEGATES REVOCABLE BY THE BASES! LET ALL THE NEGOTIATIONS BE PUBLIC! OUT THE APRIST BUREAUCRACY FROM THE FENUTSSA, LET’S CONQUER THE REAL WORKER DEMOCRACY!
4. FOR A GENERAL INCREASE ON WAGES, AGAINST THE MASSIVE LAYOFFS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE LAW, IN DEFENSE OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND EDUCATION: LET’S REUNITE THE FORCES OF ALL THE STATE WORKERS, OF ALL THE EXPLOITED AND LET’S CONQUER AGAINST THE BUREAUCRACY OF HUAMÁN A REAL GENERAL STRIKE OF THE CGTP TO DEFEAT THE ATTACK OF HUMALA AND HIS FUJIMORIST REGIME OF THE TLC!
5. ENOUGH WITH DIVIDING AND UNDERMINING OUR FORCES: UNITY OF ALL TE EXPLOITED IN FRONTS IN DEFENSE OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH! DOWN THE PRIVATIZING AND PRO-BOSSES POLICY OF THE HUMALA’S “HEALTH REFORM”! FOR A SINGLE PUBLIC, FREE AND OF QUALITY HEALTH SYSTEM!
6. FOR A REAL NATIONAL STRUGGLE COMMITTEE, WITH DELEGATES REVOCABLE BY THE BASES, OF THE FENUTSSA, OF THE STATE WORKERS, THE STUDENTS, THE WORKERS FROM LIMA AND THE NORTH, OF ALL THE MINING WORKERS FROM THE SOUTH, OF THE POOR PEASANTS; OF ALL THE EXPLOITED WHO ARE IN STRUGGLE!
