Militias have taken Tripoli! Militias entering after two days of surrounding the city end combining with the insurrection in Tripoli. While militias advanced they founded supplies abandoned and with low resistance; on the contrary while militias advanced, the masses were going out to the streets and squares. Media talks about 1500 deaths. Other sources state that such number is the result of several days of combat and not with the entering of the militias to downtown. What prevailed before the entering of the militias and the uprising in Tripoli was the surrendering of those “loyal to Kaddafi” and they surrendered their weapons.

Now ex Kaddafist government and imperialism employees are stating that “Kaddafi’s regime has fall”. They run to impose a government of the bourgeoisie of NTC to prevent the triumph of revolution. These are decisive hours. The task of the moment is imposing a revolutionary provisional government of workers and popular militias! In order to achieve it now all oil companies and properties of the bourgeoisie must be expropriated and be place under worker control. This is the only way of conquering bread, jobs and independence from imperialism.

In this provisional government there isn’t room for any former Kaddafist member or military men; they, on the other hand haven’t shot a single bullet in the combats to take Tripoli. The proletariat will prevent the expropriation of the triumph if the method of expropriation of imperialism and bourgeoisie all across Libya is imposed.

NTC will prevent it, even using force if it has to. Its mission is disarming the masses to impose a “real democracy” under the umbrella of NATO and UN.
The bombings of NATO, which are trying to be presented as part of the overthrowing of Kaddafi; they have bombed airports and civil engineering. Their aim is that militias don’t take heavy arsenal and war planes. Out with NATO and UN! Out with imperialism that plunders Libya and supported Kaddafi for decades!

We are before the triumph of an insurrection that wants to be expropriated by “democratic” imperialism. Castro, the bolivarians and the wing of renegades of Trotskyism servant of Kaddafi –like POR- denounce and will denounce the insurrection as “counterrevolutionary”. The servants of the “spring of the peoples” will liquidate it as “democratic revolution”. All of them conspire against the triumph of proletarian revolution.

The crisis of leadership deepens. However the triumph in Tripoli poses a new revolutionary wave all across Maghreb, particularly in Tunisia and Egypt where it has been developing. It is time to destroy the Zionist Fascist State of Israel (with the “outraged” who are against or doubt inside it) that is slaughtering Palestinians. It is time to overthrow El Assad in Syria. The European proletariat must set up! British working youth, the outraged of Spain, Greek workers and youth must take the streets, all of them must boycott war machinery of NATO and defend the right of the Libyan masses to expropriate transnationals. These are the way of develop its own combat against the attacks of the bankrupted imperialist governments.

Militias are entering Tripoli and masses have taken most of the city. 1700 martyrs of the world proletariat have fallen in the last combats. The fight in Tripoli reaffirms the characterization of the Trotskyist on the combination of local insurrections that dislocate the state, disarm the army and guarantee the entering of the militia. This couldn’t occur in February up to the end since Kaddafi slaughtered with counterrevolutionary blows the insurrection of the working class and exploited masses in Tripoli. Now the masses cornered Kaddafi with a true heroic insurrection.
NTC and US imperialism, headed by Obama, are negotiating the exit of Kaddafi, when he actually fell down and all his state was demolished by the proletarian revolution. They want to steal the triumph of the masses. They want to establish the government of NTC in Tripoli to guarantee that masses don’t expropriate the expropriators, seize oil, banks and imperialist transnationals in their own hands and that they show the way of the world proletariat on how to make capitalist pay the crisis.
Tripoli can’t be a new Benghazi. That must be stopped. It can’t emerge a government of the NTC, which together with imperialism and NATO, will come to expropriate the revolution in order to keep plundering.
Tripoli must become a true workers’ and exploited masses’ commune, as it was our program posed in public papers and in the polemic with WIVL on Misarrata.
There real power must emerge; the real government of workers and masses who rebelled and the militias that overthrew Kaddafi must be set up.
Down with all the agreements of NTC with imperialism! Immediate expropriation of oil, banks and imperialist transnationals and under worker control! Nationalization of foreign trade and unique state banks!
For workers and popular courts to judge and punish all the assassins who supported at all costs the genocide regime of Kaddafi for over 40 years.
Out with Obama, out with Sarkozy, out with imperialism and all the murderous and gurkas troops of NATO from the entire Libya!
The transitional governments of Tunisia and Egypt that emerged after the autocracies of Ben Ali and Mubarak fell down haven’t give anything to the masses. The misery, starvation and oppression remain the same under the dominance of capitalists. All the cosmetic reforms made on the regimes of Egypt and Tunisia are to deceive the masses, strength the institutions of the regime which ended up destroyed and prepare the conditions for new counterrevolutionary counterattacks. In Tunisia and Egypt the masses are facing these governments with demonstrations, strikes and combats with the police.
That lesson must be drawn by the masses and the militias that are fighting in Libya.
As Libyan militia men said: if the right wing and NATO want to expropriate the revolution, war will continue. The plan of the bourgeoisie is expropriating the revolution and save the private property. The plan of the exploited must be seizing power in their own hands, expropriate the expropriators and move forward to the path of the workers socialist revolution.
Libyan working class has to take as its own the demand of Chilean exploited. As in the Andean country copper must nationalized in order to get education, in Libya oil must be nationalized in order to get food. As in Bolivia: Gringos out! The oil for Libyans!
This combat in Libya, together with the British youth, Tunisian working class and masses, Egyptian and Greek proletariats and Chilean masses, is a new leap forward in the fight of the oppressed against cynicism of the imperialist pirates and the crisis of the world capitalist economy.
The fence imposed by the WSF and reformist left have been broken again for the revolutionary combat of the masses. Reformism breaks it teeth once again. The world working class wage heroic combats against the terrible sufferings, giving everything. They don’t have the leadership they deserve yet. But they are giving the chance for bolshevism to grow up. It is time that more than never to refound 4th International. This can’t be taken as a prayer; it must be the internationalist combat that mobilize every nerve of the revolutionaries.
