The heroic independent action of the Kyrgyz masses in April defeated in the streets the murderous government of Bakiev, disarmed the police and left the Kyrgyz state and regime disarmed. However it couldn’t take power, expropriating the bourgeoisie and imposing a workers and peasant’s government.

KYRGYZSTAN: A SIEGED REVOLUTION

  With fascist pogroms, and Roza Otumbayeva government’s pro imperialist army, they try to expropriate and defeat the revolution

In April, 2010, a great proletarian revolution started in Kyrgyzstan. A great mass independent action that disarmed the murderous police, set up the workers militia and re-emerged the Kurultays (popular assemblies), occupying the government buildings, burning down the police stations, defeating the bourgeois state; with the police running and the workers arming themselves, the masses overthrew the murderous government of K. Bakiev, (who imposed a %200 increase in the food prices) who ran away as a rat to exile in Byelorussia.
            Due to lack of a revolutionary leadership and overabundance of treacherous ones, despite their heroism, the workers and the poor masses of Kyrgyzstan were not able to move towards seizing power and imposing a workers and peasants government destroying the US military base established in Manas, from where the occupation of Afghanistan is guaranteed with thousands of US soldiers and NATO troops. They also couldn’t occupy the Russian base in Kant and kick out the Russian troops which play the role of the internal police in the former ex soviet republics as Kyrgyzstan is. Those troops of the army of the butcher Putin massacred in Chechnya, Dagestan, North Ossetia and Georgia, imposing white terror, as what it is: a true continuity of the white Tsarist army.

Only the victory of the revolution would’ve assured for the working class and the Kyrgyz masses to get bread, decent housing, and education for their children and to stop the brutal increase in the cost of living. On the contrary, since the proletariat haven’t achieved these tasks, the “democratic” bourgeoisie, under the leadership of Roza Otumbayeva (who came out of the very kidney of Bakiev), placing itself at the top of the mass struggle, expropriated the power to those revolutionary masses.  R. Otumbayeva assumed the government of Kyrgyzstan under the promise of “democratizing” the country, called for elections and prepares a constitutional referendum. She announces they will judge and punish the corrupt Bakiev to please itself with the uprising masses, trying to divert the revolution that is underlying in the north of that former soviet republic.

As imperialism and international bourgeoisie -leaned on the reformist leaderships of the masses- have done in Palestine, Argentina, Bolivia and Madagascar, the huge Kyrgyz revolution is siege to try to impose on the masses the defeat of their combat.

With Pogroms, with Roza Otunbayeva’s government and her killer army supported by imperialism, the bourgeoisie tries to smash the worker and peasant revolution

On June 11th, two months after the revolutionary actions in April, in the cities of Osh and Jalalabad (two of the main cities in southern Kyrgyzstan, from where President K. Bakiev is), bloody attacks to the Uzbekistani and Kyrgyz community have happened, under the smoke screen of an “inter-ethnic” war. Almost immediately it came to light that it was about an evil provocation of the US imperialism, it was actually a true counterrevolutionary fascist putch, prepared and financed by USA throughout its military base in Manas and with Bakiev’s support. They organized shock forces with mercenaries from Tajikistan, the same who are used as true war lords in Afghanistan by imperialism to protect against the Afghani resistance the supplies and the troops US imperialism sends to that country. A proof that US imperialism is behind this putch is that the policy they are applying in Kyrgyzstan is the following "war of civilizations" they have gotten deepen against the "barbarians” and "backward tribes". In the military academies of the U.S., US Marines learned that a "settler" never could appear without allies "among the barbarian tribes" because if not he would only get that all those tribes get together to defeat him. This happened to General Custer who was defeated and killed in 1876 with 210 of his men of the Seventh Cavalry Regiment at the Battle of Little Big Horn, where the Indian chief "Crazy Horse" had managed to unify all the tribes against them. But Obama, the Pentagon and the CNTCOM (U.S. military Central Command) were exposed as regard their fake "ethnic war" when mainly in Jalalabad, defense committees of Kyrgyz and Uzbekistani who defended their belongings from the mercenaries’ attack began to emerge. The revolution in Kyrgyzstan is alive exactly in those committees.

This fierce imperialism's attack under the mask of an "inter-ethnic war", at the moment, has already caused over two thousand deaths, mostly children, women and elder Uzbekistanis. Facing this true fascist pogrom (Russian word that means devastation) that caused the mass runaway of the Uzbekistani people, the government was forced to unilaterally open the borders with Uzbekistan, letting 50000 refugees to enter, but there are another 400.000 stuck in the borders in desperate conditions. Besides, the press speaks about the huge number of women and girls from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan who were raped.

Such slaughtering has given Otumbayeva the perfect justification to take the army out to the streets. Before doing it, she asked Russia to send troops to contain the situation, but Putin (who advised to “keep” the army in the barracks when the masses where at the peak of the offensive to prevent the army from breaking horizontally and the soldiers moved on to the workers picket lines with their guns, transforming such pickets into soviets) denied the backup, and called Otumbayeva to use her own army, that is to say, let the Kyrgyz army to do the dirty work. So Roza Otumbayeva decreed the state of siege in the region and the defense minister, Bolot Cher, authorized the troops to shoot “at will and without any previous notice”. With this attack on the masses that the fascist putch imposed in the south of the country they isolated and siege the revolution developed in the north of the country in April that is still latent.

The  lackey Kyrgyz army , which was kept in the barracks due to fear for the revolutionary masses to split it horizontally, this time with the counter-revolutionary putsch, got legitimacy not to act openly against the fascist pogroms but  against the Uzbeks and Kyrgyz workers  in southern country and to disarm the worker militia in the north.

What forced so much counterrevolutionary forces to emerge in this tiny little country of Kyrgyzstan with only 5.5 million inhabitants and who is economically destroyed?
Capitalism is in the midst of a world economic crisis without precedent. Indeed it has to burden over the whole world working class that crisis generated by the bourgeoisie in order to make the working class pay for it. So the bourgeoisie cannot allow any revolutionary victory. it is very dangerous since any revolution or  attempt that escapes from its control would be an electric shock that could open the revolution in the central European countries where the proletariat is suffering a brutal attack launched by its own bourgeoisie. This would mean the death of the rotten imperialism capitalism and they are afraid of this.  

Particularly, US imperialism needs as water not to leave stone over stone of the heroic revolution that started in the north of the country. It has to defeat the embryos of dual power that the masses have gained, since they won’t be able to live together with Manas base any more. It urgently needs to stabilize the region, since it is a powder-magazine that attacks directly to its properties, its base, and its dominance.
           

The imperialism puts it's life in defeating the Kyrgyzs revolutionary masses, cause from these country and from it's military base in Manas is from where are sended the weapons to make a massacre in Afganistan. Afghanistan masses that with their heroic combat, against all the artillery and the massacre recieved multiplie their resistence with the one they have made the imperialist yankee main state enter in a crisis -Obama kicked out top the gneral Mc Christal- and keep inmovilized the USA's offencive, who sees it's dominance theated in all the region 'cause of the "new Vietnam's" phanthom. Thats why  US imperialism, as we’ve seen it in Palestine, Bolivia, Haiti, Greece and Honduras, won’t hesitate in unleashing this pogrom organized in the south.
 Meanwhile the Kyrgyz army, under the commands of the “democratic” R. Otunbayeva and under the leadership of Russia and the German imperialism (which intervenes throughout the parachute soldiers of the white assassin army of Putin), by launching a fierce repression in the south of the country, it intervenes to terrorize the masses up north, the crib of the dual power organs of the Kyrgyz masses, in order to smash those and not leaving a single trace of them. They need to force the uprising masses to kneel down. They have to defeat them in a way that they shall never rise up again and so they will be able to subjugate them totally to the imperialist bourgeois power.

But also, for Russia, it is a matter of life or death to make the Kyrgyz revolution not to achieve victory, since if they do it, it will be expanded to the entire central Asia, to China (where thousands of workers and poor peasants enters into the fight every day), and mostly to Russia, where significantly the workers mobilizations in opposition are starting to increase. However Russia refused to send the troops Kyrgyzstan queued under its own responsibility. Russia said that it was a domestic conflict and will only take that decision according to the UN’s letter and consulting with the Confederation of all the nations of the former USSR Euro-Asia republics. So the murderous Putin with its white army in a killing spree and oppressing the national minorities, as in Chechnya, Dagestan, north Ossetia or Georgia cannot be a warranty of “peacekeeper” for the region.

There won’t be peace in Kyrgyzstan unless the US and Russian military bases are finished, and the Kyrgyzs revolution transform into the vanguard and the best allie from the Afghanistan masses to smash the NATO's bloody invation ! With the workers, peasants and soldiers militia, we must march over the imperialist base in Manas and destroy it! Occupy and control the Russian base of Kant, by the militia! Each body bag that arrives to Washington or Moscow will make the militia to become a mass militia!
We can only respond to the white terror of the bourgeoisie with the red terror of the revolutionary masses and their armed militia!

Kirguiztan has become in the core of concerned for the imperialsim and also a supporting point for the anti-imperialist struggle of the world masses

Kyrgyzstan has become a critical question for the interests of imperialism in that region, since what is truly behind the scene is the preparation of the strangling of the revolution between the “democratic” bourgeoisies, expropriators of the revolution, and fascist hits in order to, once the revolution is fenced, once any remain of dual power is over and once the Kyrgyz masses are defeated, to proceed to partition the Kyrgyz nation between the different imperialist powers and the intervening capitalist countries for its plundering. USA, Germany, Russia and China are the main interested countries in this “Balkanization” of Kyrgyzstan. For that the US military base of Manas cannot live any longer with armed dual power organs, and today it is very urgent not to leave a single trace of them. So their policy is to divide the Kyrgyz masses, make the nationalities to fight against each other (who had so far lived together) and thus legitimize that Otunbayeva’s army smash the joint councils of Kyrgyz and Uzbekistanis, the Kurultays in the north and mainly what it is after is to prevent the Kyrgyz masses from uniting against imperialism and this to deepen the revolution that the masses started in April.

To defeat the mercenaries that slaughter the masses in the South the militia of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan workers must be set up and extended! It is necessary to set up against the armed militia that in April, expropriating the weapons of the police and with their revolutionary action, makes unstable the bourgeoisie state! They must to kurultayes –popular assemblies- that emerged in April to get weapon, they must call to the unity with Afghan masses to defend themselves from this fierce progrom!

It is necessary to strenth, extend, generalize and armed the kurultayes around the entire Kirguiztan in order to smash the countrarevolutioanry atack, defeat the US and Russian military bases and expropiate the bourgoisie in order to conquer bread, land and national independence!

Only the Kirgiz working class, leading all the other exploited of the nation, can guarantee the bread, land and the national Independence. Any “concession” done for the new government o for that will be the result of the advanced elections can compensate the slaughtering and the degradation in the masses life conditions that the capitalist have imposed to the masses, because the permanency of this capitalist system, its state and regime, the imperialist subjugation of Kirgizstan, is the source of misery of the exploited masses. The life example is what happened in Greece after they applied the bourgeoisie plan of the anticipated elections: after they took a sector of the masses to a bourgeoisie change, the social democrat government applied attacks even worse than the once imposed by Karamanlis.

The coward “democratic” native bourgeoisie submitted to the bourgeoisie cannot make not even one serious concession to the masses as they cannot take any measure against their imperialist masters.  There is R Otumbayeva, the same one “who was going to save the people from Bakiev government”, imposing the state of siege, putting the police once again in the street with the order to shoot at will and without a warning and renewing the deals to the Us military base in the country.  Only the working class can give a way out to the masses demands because it only has chains to break and because it is the class that has the force to do it with its own methods.

Break with all the economic, political and military trades that tied the nation to the imperialism! Out the US military base of Kirgizstan! Expropriation of the entire imperialist transnational! Nationalization without compensation of the Banks under workers control! For the agrarian revolution which gives land to the poor peasants! Facing the poor life conditions: sliding scale of salary! For workers committees to control the prices! Work for all imposing another shift in all the factories! Facing the bloody repression: for workers and popular councils based on worker militia to judge the murders of the people! These demands will find a solution in a worker and peasant government of the Kirgiz masses armed and self-organize. For a soviet and independent Kirgizstan, as a part of a Federation of Muslim Soviet Republics!

The expropriation of October revolution of 1917 by the Stalinism, it not only makes to backward the great national conquered that meant to have their own nations for the backward people and quasi nomad of the Muslim regions oppressed by the czarism.  To that the worker revolution of October 1917 guaranteed the existence of the nations itself and the right to the language.  And their volunteer federation with the USSR meant a huge advance of their productive forces.

But, as we have already said, the expropriation of October revolution by the evil Stalinist bureaucracy also meant the supremacy of the Great Russia bureaucracy, who ended up oppressing the weak nations of the bureaucratize USSR, making this one as well as a jail of nations.

The capitalist restoration in 89 meant to tie with dual chains these oppressed nations, with the intervention already direct of the imperialism with its military base.  Such capitalist restoration, propel by the Stalinist bureaucracy become into a direct agent of the Citibank and a new owned class by the end of the 80’s at the same time it could not meant another thing than the total backward of the conquers of the worker revolution of October 17.

If the US imperialism wins, its slaughter and colonial control to Afghanistan; if Kirgiz revolution is smashed, divided and siege, the direct counterrevolution will be imposed in the entire region and the former soviet republics of Eurasia will end up being protectorates, with their border lost by the exploitation and the imperialist plundering.  More and more, the truly state of these new colonies are the US, UK and Germany military bases which control and domain these nations.

The order launched in Manas, Moscow military bases, Merkel and the German imperialism -together with USA or disputing with it, control the opium rote of Afghanistan as a business for the great labs- is just to divide Kirgizstan between Uzbeks, Kirgiz and Orgurs, between 3 or 4 tiny nations in order to control them as protectorates and as a place to transport the opium, the CONTRABANDO and the new nickel business which was discovered in Afghanistan.

In this way the Kirgiz revolution cannot success without fighting for the proletariat dictatorship restoration in Kirgizstan, Uzbekistan, in Kazaistan, that is fighting to upsurge the masses of the former Muslims soviet republic as the advanced ones in order to smash the US command which kill in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The working class and poor masses from Kirguiztan has to make this call to the masses of Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan and the entire central Asia.  They will be the best allies to retake the path imposed by the northern Kyrgyz workers with their worker militias in April, when they took the weapons from the police, occupied ministries and set up armed militias; they occupied the lands and factories, attempting against the citadel of power! Based on the armed organism that masses conquer in the north, the defence councils of joint Uzbek and Kyrgyz in the south and the Kurulatayes armed it is necessary to match against the army of Otunbayeva and divided it, recruiting privates for the workers ranks, establishing real soviets!

This centralized armed councils or soldiers, workers and poor peasants have to seize power! For a workers and poor peasants government in Kyrgyiztan!
For a Federation of Muslims Soviets Republics!
For the military defeat of the US and NATO troops, lead also by the murder generals of the English and German army!
For a Worker and peasant Afghanistan, which will be conquered with its advanced, the Kirguiz revolution!
Out Otunbayeba, who is a real continuer of Bakiev and Stalinists bureaucracy, who after tricking the masses with promises of elections and referendums, doesn’t hesitate in sending troops to murder the Kyrgyz people under the orders of butcher Putin!
Destroy the US military base of Manas and the Russian military base of Kant! Out with the troops of  the white army of the murder Putin!

Capitalism on its decadent stage, increase enormously the question of the oppressed nationalities.

Uzbeks are 14% of the population in Kyrgyzstan from a total of 5.5 million inhabitants; they represent half the population in these cities of the south of this devastated country.  In this region Kyrgyz are mostly poor peasants and Uzbeks are small businessmen.

The devastated Kyrgyzstan, since Stalinism sold it out to capitalist restoration in 1989 until 2009, get 40% of its GDP from the consignment sent by 500-800 thousand emigrated Kyrgyz workers –permanently or migrant worker- who harvest in Kazajstan and Russia or those who were mobile seller.

After overthrowing Bakiev’s government in hands of the revolutionary actions of the masses and because they were scared of the extension of the revolutionary process to the frontier countries like China, Uzbekistan, Kazajstan, Tayikistan; they close the borders and commerce with Kyrgyzstan. This blockade caused the ruin of Kyrgyz peasants and Uzbek small traders, while the smuggling increased, which was already under Bakievs clan and border police control.

Before the explosion of the former soviet republics in 1989, which gave the national unity to these states was precisely the fact that the worker state existed. The link of productive forces with the rest of former workers states, their planned economy –even though it was led by Stalinism, i.e. bureaucratically- make that these small nations were contained, as their economies were complementary. This issue exploits in 1989 and what proves that imperialism is reaction all along the line, that doesn’t allow the existence of independent nations. Therefore those nations stood at imperialism mercy which sunk in the deepest misery. Kyrgyzstan is just an example, the imperialism plunders all its wealth, being taken to the complete ruin and its current explosion, everything has been exacerbated and accelerated due to the world economic crisis.

Imperialism increases extremely the national question; today imperialism uses it to plunder, pillage, divide those territories in order to exploit that labour force into their own benefit. This is the plan that they want to impose to Kyrgyz masses.
The only thing that guarantees Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Tayiks and the masses of Central Asian masses the right of self-determination is re-conquer the dictatorship of the proletariat.

Facing this perspective the imperialism shakes and it is pushed more and more to end the Kirgiz revolution immediately. Because the unit of the Kirgiz revolution with its extension to the entire Eurasia could be the most efficient leadership of the proletariat in the national war in Afghanistan and burn the entire region.

The counterrevolutionaries progroms and fraticide wars, a key instrument of imperialist contol of the region

 

Therefore the national question of these states will be a great engine of the revolutionary struggle of the masses against the counterrevolutionary regimes and governments and for the restoration of the revolutionary dictatorship of the proletariat.

Only the triumph of the proletarian revolution will maintain the national conquers from the October 1917 revolution, recovering under sovietic and revolutionary ways the Federation of Soviet Muslim Republics, as a step of restoring the proletarian dictatorship in the all former USSR.

Imperialism and new owner classes that came from Stalinist bureaucracy in order to submit the nations of the former USSR directly to imperialism –as a jail of nations commanded by US basses and Putin’s assassin army-  have propelled wars of massacre and genocide like in the Balkans, using first Serbia to massacre in Bosnia and then NATO to massacre in Bosnia, Serbia, Kosovo and to control the region after it was disputed by different imperialist powers.

The “Balkans” alternative, of propelling a Russian invasion to smash Kyrgyz revolution directly and immediately may set on fire the exploited masses of the Muslim republics and impose a generalized Chechnya in the region. That is why the immediate alternative wasn’t repeating the experience of Chechnya, a heroic masses resistance which will cost thousands of death to the Putin’s genocide army.

The “Tulip Revolution of Kyrgyzstan” in 2005 was discovered as the “revolution” of a tyrant paid by US imperialism, like Bakiev, defeated by the masses in April 2010. Thus, the government of Roza Otumbayeva –expropriator of the revolution- was running the risk of being overpass by the dual power of the masses in the revolution.

With the overthrowing of Bakiev it is crystal clear that the so famous “democratic”, “velvet”, “orange”, “tulip” revolutions, etc. were nothing but policies of moving forward preventively local puppets of imperialist to expropriate and divert the revolutionary combats of the masses and prevent a direct clash against the states ruled by small and big dictatorships, mercenaries, plunders of their own people at the service of imperialism. 

Under these conditions, the alternative imposed by US base with the consent of German Imperialism, NATO, Putin and all holder classes of the region was creating artificially a fratricide confrontation, break the unity of workers ranks, impose white terror and allow the enter of the Kyrgyz assassin army to attack the revolution directly.

This policy of fratricide confrontations was propelled by US imperialism and its servants, i.e. former Stalinist bureaucracy who becomes bourgeoisie. It happened in Armenia and Azerbaijan for the control of Nagorno Karabaj and its oil enclaves in the region.

That means that the only chance of solving the national question is fighting to recover the former soviet republics, smashing the military imperialist basses, defeating white assassin army of Putin, setting up the soviets and recovering the land of October Revolution with the triumph of the socialist revolution to place it again as a conquer of the world revolution.

As we have expressed it in the International Workers Organizer (May, 2010) before the Kyrgyz revolution, from the FLTI we restate again that the triumph of the proletarian revolution is a matter of life or dead for the exploited masses of the region. Because it must triumph by defeating with armed militias the fascist putch, expropriating the bourgeoisie and restoring the dictatorship of the proletariat under revolutionary ways in the former workers states; if that doesn’t happen imperialism will dismember, break Kyrgyzstan, will balkanize the region and will impose worst conditions of hunger, misery and slaverization transforming those nations in new protectorates, like it did in Iraq.

This revolution would give a revolutionary impulse to the Afghan, Iraqi, Palestine and the whole Middle East resistance against the imperialist invader. It would be a great impulse for the Chechen resistance against the white troops of Butcher Putin; it would show the way forward to the Greek working class to defeat the attack  of Papandreu’s and the US and German financial capital parasite. It would also be the main ally of hundreds of peasants revolts against the red Mandarins of Chinese CP and the heroic struggle of the workers of Tonghua and Linzou who cut the bosses’ heads.

Kyrgyz proletarian revoltion will be part of a unique and single socialist revolution in all the former workers states, starting by Russia. Thus Russian working class, in order to triumph in its struggle and demonstrations for wages and jobs against Putin’s attack, has the best allies in the exploited of the oppressed nations and of course they have to raise their demands. Let’s fight together with our Kyrgyz brothers to defeat US fascist putch! Russian troops out of Kyrgyzstan! Out murderer Putin and his white army in Chechnya! For the defeat of the Russian army and the triumph of the Chechen resistance! For a Worker and Socialist Soviet Kyrgyzstan! For Worker and Socialist Independent Chechen!

Russian working class must impose the unity of the Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Lepton, Latvia and Ukraine to defeat US imperialism with the war cry of, the enemy is at home, is Putin, Russian bourgeoisie and its with assassin oppressor army! That is the only way the Russian proletariat will be able of fighting for the restoration of the dictatorship of the proletariat under revolutionary ways.

Only 4th International of 1938 refunded over the defeat of its liquidators, can lead the combat for the restoration of the proletarian dictatorship under revolutionary ways to triumph in the former workers states.

Most of the renegades of Trotskyism haven’t said a word on the Kyrgyz revolution. The silence is other way of supporting the imperialist fence imposed against the masses in Kyrgyzstan. However those who did say a word, only through reformist poison, which silence couldn’t spread. LIT says that “the revolution of 2005, known as the Tulip Revolution, which overthrow the government of Askar Akayev, and now in 2010, which overthrow Bakiev, are extremely alike for their dimensions, for the degree of spontaneity of popular hunger, for the disposition of the people to the struggle, for the main political figures and for the measure taken by the new governments”. LIT-CI from its “Russian section” celebrates the combat of the proletariat only as a “democratic revolution”… bourgeois. Further, they regret that “the new leading team never settled firmly”. With these statements the aim of LIT is not just take out protagonism to the actions of the working class to give it to the bourgeoisie, but mainly deny the task of the Russian working class. Which the section from where LIT writes its statement. Russian working class must intervene assuming their tasks as class from a country that oppress and occupies a nation. LIT don’t say a single word as regard the task of Russian working class, so they allow the most fervent “great Russian” Menshevism.

The other side of the coin (the renegades of Trotskyism) is shown by the LBI (Brazil). This current denies and liquidates the independent action of the masses in April, its arming and the revolutionary overthrowing of Bakiev’s government. They state “What it is going on in the old soviet republic is a change of managers of the bourgeois state… As it can be seen, it is just a fake “revolution” to put in order the capitalist interests”. This current states that 1989 meant an historical defeat for a whole historical period for the working class. They have tied –as all the pro-Stalinist wing of the renegades of Trotskyism- the fate of the USSR to the fate of the Stalinist bureaucracy; therefore they mourn its fall and they don’t think the proletariat will upraise again and they only recognize bourgeois movements out from the class struggle. Their program it is just “for the masses that fought and fight against the capitalist misery, which came as a product of the capitalist restoration within USSR, the construction of a political alternative independent from the two bourgeois sides in dispute is needed”. What they are saying is that the working class and the masses overthrow governments, disarm the police, occupy lands, set up selforganization, face a counterrevolutionary putch, they retake objectively the road of combat for the republic of the soviets, for the restoration of the proletarian dictatorship, and then LBI from they nice offices in San Pablo, after they wipe dry the tears for the fall of Stalinism, tells the masses of Kyrgysztan “your fight doesn’t exists, is just the bourgeoisie doing business, you should organize an independent alternative”. The masses set police stations on fire, defeat the police, take the weapons, destroy Bakiev’s government (who imposed 200% increase on the food prices) occupy the empty houses of the bourgeoisie and start to occupy the lands, and for those servants of Stalinism this is a revolution… of which bourgeois fraction??? This means dressing Rosa Otumbayeva with silk and as revolutionary, it means saying that she confronted the 200% increase on the food prices imposed by her government, i.e. Bakiev’s; because she was part of it. That is a lie. What she did was expropriate that great workers and peasants revolution –so far- because the masses didn’t had a revolutionary leadership at its front that will lead them to victory.

But if that revolution would have expropriated Stalinism and would have been leaded by some Stalinist party for the LBI it would have been “their revolution”. This people had tied the historical fate of the proletariat to the Stalinist bureaucracy. They are Pablism seeing the world through the eyes of Stalinism. Anyway they are Pablist sect who have been crying since 1989 because they can’t be a group of pressure over Stalinism –like Pablism was on the 2 after war- but they happily act in Brazil as left wing of PSTU to be able to trick the workers with the fraud of ELAC and CONCLAT.

That is why these currents haven’t said a word of Kyrgyzstan neither in Madrid People’s Summit –where all the “anti-capitalist left” of Europe gathered, nor in Brazil in CONCLAT’s “International Summit” –where all kind of reformist gathered together-.

It is not by chance then that they haven’t voted the motion presented by the industrial workers of Bolivia. They wanted to call from all workers organizations that gathered on the Summit to fight against Bolivarian bourgeoisies and its counterrevolutionary pacts in the whole continent. Those currents don’t want to fight this bourgeoisie, since they are its supporters. Just like in Latin America where they support counterrevolutionary pacts of the Bolivarian bourgeoisie and imperialism -dressed as Obama- against the masses. Such pacts act in Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela and recently in Honduras; those pacts allow Castro brothers to move forward in the open process of restoration of capitalism in Cuba. But the revolution in Kyrgyzstan is the force that the Cuban proletariat needs to upraise against the capitalist resotration and prevent a huge defeat for the world working class.

The revolutionary leadership that the masses of Central Asia need to guide its combat to the victory is the 4th International refunded based on its program of 1938, it is the party of the socialist revolution and unbreakable enemy of the treacherous leaderships. 4th International can give to the proletariat of Kyrgyzstan the program to complete its soviet tradition and give them the program of uprising as an art, since as it is the continuity of Bolshevism is the only one that still defends the lessons of the great revolution of October 1917. that is why the FLTI from the barricades of the join councils of Uzbeks and Kyrgyz workers have put all its forces to conquer a Refunding Committee of the 4th International of 1938, to give back to the proletariat a revolutionary leadership.
