National Movement of Worker and Popular Organizations immediately!
For an International Campaign for freedom for the workers and peasants in jail and tortured by the counterrevolutionary troops of Al Assad! Freedom for the anti-imperialist militants jailed in Guantanamo and for all the Fighters who lie in the dungeons of CIA and imperialism settled all around the World!
Argentina have been transformed into a real “maquila” (sweat-shop) by the imperilsit companies and slavery bosses where the massacres, jail and persecution against the working class is something common. During the last years we live the experiences of the massacre carried out by the repressive forces of the regime, like the Federal Police and Gendarmeria, in the massacre of Indoamericano Park in 2010, the Qom peasants in Formosa and Mariano Ferreyra killed by the union bureaucracy of Pedraza. In Ledesma Jujuy, last year, against the workers who demanded a little piece of land to build their houses in lands stolen by the oligarchy Blaquier family –famous for the genocide against employees of their sugar refinery during the videlist dictatorship-the police repressed brutally killing 4 workers and begining a fierce persecution. For that, even today, Mario Tapia and the young Aldo Claros keep in prison in the Blaquier`s jails and the murderous police. To guarantee the impunity and erase the traces of the outrages of the drug trafficking, white slavery and “easy trigger” of the evil Bonaerense police, the Province legislature formed the “Body of Judicial Investigators”. With the operative “Centinela” of the gendarmeria they militarized the worker neighbourhoods and train stations all around the Great Buenos Aires and Capital. With the “X Project” and Intelligence organisms of the State like SIDE- all at the service of CIA- they persecute the worker, popular, students’ organizations and socialist fighters. Together with them, and the provincial police-that also have carried out massacres of the youth from Bariloche and Carlos Fuentealba, only some samples- the lumpen gangs act armed by them to kill the youth and worker families as last new year killing 3 youngs in Rosario. These “murderous dogs” like Prefectura that repressed the strike of Casino workers, and the fish workers of Mar del Plata in 2007, the Gendarmeria and some police from the provinces, now are asking for an increase in salaries to their masters to repress better against the working class and the opressed. These repressive forces of the regime are a true occupation troop to keep under control the working class and opressed that have transformed the worker towns-where 13000 youngs die due to the violence caused by repression per year- into a true Gaza, the concentration camp at open air where the Palestine people has been put. Killer State! Dissolution of all the repressive apparatus of the State like SIDE, Gendarmeria, the Federal, Bonaerense, Metropolitana, and other provincial police! This attack against the working class and exploited has this boss justice, that rotten clique of videlist-peronist-radical judges that legitimize the actions of such repressive forces. Paulo Starc of the Criminal and detention center Prosecuting office from Tres de Febrero just asked the Federal Chamber of appeal from San Martin the preventive prison for the leader of KRAFT Javier “Poke” Hermosilla ,and the activist fired Oscar Coria. This prosecuting attorney sponsored by the imperialist monopolies installed in the North zone in Great Buenos Aires is who have chased sistematically the whole vanguard charging more than 50 workers. Also “pollo” Sobrero and delegates of the Sarmiento railway receive repeated threats: threats that even their children and family receive. Delegates of Linea 60 (public bus transport) of the company MONSA were assaulted several times by the hit men of UTA union bureaucracy and gangs armed by the company: last year, they broke into the house of Farella while he was not present and his grand daughter was maltreated, they fired the Marcolín`s car, the same have been done recently against Cáceres on August 18. Martinez of UOCRA and member of the official CGT with his armed paid gangs constantly attack workers who go out fighting like those in SITRAIC and teachers of La Patagonia, applying the style-kind of the Triple A of Perón, Isabelita and López Rega. When workers need to rise up by Strikes, pickets, and mobilizations to confront these outrages, the opposite central unions of CTA of Michelli and CGT refused to do so and ended up leading the workers`demands to any boss variant. This situation can no longer be tolerated by the workers´organizations; we have the legitimate right to defend our life as well as our leaders´lives. Set up a single national committee of self-defence of all the workers´organizations! For committes of worker surveillance per neighbourhood to guarantee the life and physical integrity of the workers´families! As they attack the working class, they also assault the socialist organizations that fight side by side them. The fascist judge César Melazo, who has a long criminal record-last April called in public to “smash the face in” of Quebracho militanst- and devoted collaborator of CIA and Mossad, carried out raids in the addresses of socialist revolutionary leaders-some of them have more than 40 years in the national political arena- as well as in the office of the labour attorney Viviana Noguerol, member of the Junta Promotora del Movimiento por la Democracia Obrera. This Judge, with his examinig prosecutor María Victoria Huergo also wanted -in a typical videlist maneuver-to make an appointment with Paula Medrano for her to declare by phone without any fundation;she is a disappeared daughter and leader of the Movement for the Worker Democracy (Movimiento por la Democracia Obrera). This provocation planned by judge Melazo with the “judicial” methods of the dictatorship is against socialist revolutionary leaders who intransigently and bravery denounce before the world working class`eyes the obscene genocide on behalf of the imperialism commited by Al Assad against the Syrian people. These are only samples of the daily political persecution where they have submitted the working class. Through these actions of the boss judges, the capitalists´state seek to put a “Damocles sword” on the head of workers´leaders so that they don´t fight and get surrender. This persecution is also the same suffered in the factories and workplaces where the men of bosses and paid scabs impose a fascist regime writing “black lists” to fire those who want to get organized to demand any job improvement.
These are more than warnings for the working class. In the fights between the capitalist gangs of the government and Clarin, the workers and oppressed always end up paying for it. It happened with the kidnapping of Alfonso Severo, key witness in the trial for the massacre of Mariano Ferreyra. In this disputes workers always end up paying with dead, jail, kidnappings, and under the persecution of the capitalist state. While they guarantee an indiscriminate persecution against the worker movement and their fighting organizations with massacres, tortures, jail, repression and persecution; the same justice with the false “theory of two devils” masking themselves as democratic and “guarantors” put in jail a handful of old military-men...but in VIP jails, from where they make politics by publishing books and interviews as the same Videla do so. Enough! No more subordination of the worker and popular organizations to the boss justice! There is neither good nor bad judges! They are all Melazo! Down with the videlist-peronist-radical justice! For Workers and Popular Tribunals to judge and punish all the murders and repressors of the working class and youth! Stop massacres against the working class! We can no longer allow jail and persecution against worker, popular and socialist fighters! It is in the hands of the rail workers of Haedo, the food workers of Kraft and Pepsico, the workers of the meat processing plant Paty and other meat workers, Subway workers, Soecn, teachers` union branches, state workers fighting, FUBA (students), militant picketeer movements, organs of human rights independent from the state, and other fighting organizations of workers and exploited to set up a great National Movement of Worker and Popular Organizations to defend effectively the persecuted and attacked comrades by the methods of the working class like strikes, pickets, mobilizations, and the General Strike. Let´s call immediately to form a Coordinating Table of this movement so that neither any worker nor socialist leader continue under the attack of this killer state.
Immediate and unconditional freedom for Tapia, Claros, and all the political prisoners! From the setting up of such Movement it is necessary to develop an International campaign to call on the working class organizations and world exploited -that due to confront this rotten capitalist system are suffering the same and superior outrages- to fight through mobilizations all around the world for: Freedom for the workers and peasants hostages in the hands of the counterrevolutionary troops of Al Assad who have transformed the hospital and schools of Syria into centers of torture and execution! Freedom for the anti-imperialist fighters in jail in Guantanamo, the fighters for the Palestinian cause in prison in the jails of the fascist zionist State of Israel, and for all the fighters who lie in the dungeons of CIA and imperialism settled all around the world!
