Out the judges of Mossad as the fascist Melazo and the boss justice who attack the Socialist worker and fighters!

On Wednesday, in simultaneous raids, in several houses of Argentinian socialist revolutionary leaders were carry out raids, some of the leaders have more than 40 years in the national political arena, as well the office of the labor lawer Viviana Noguerol was raid too. She is member of the Promoter Board of “Movimiento por la Democracia Obrera” (Movement for the Worker Democracy) in Argentina.

Days before Paula Medrano was phoned by the UFI 8 of the city La Plata in charged of María Victoria Huergo, prosecuting attorney of complex crimes of such city, public prosecutor office where César Melazo, the magistarte of “guarantees” works.
It was a telephone call to a daughter of dissapears of the La Plata city. Before the anxiety this provoked in her, Paula Medrano called to the tribunal and public prosecutor’s office asking if the corpse of her mother appeared since a year and a half ago the corpse of her father “appeared”. The reply was that the phone call was because in a proceeding had appeared a paper in a place with her name and surname. A tipical fascist videlist method of examining magistrates who seek for “sheets of papers” of the dissapears’ children like yesterday they sought the papers of their parents to kidnap and kill them. Of course, Paula Medrano, also leader of the “Movimiento por la Democracia Obrera” told the attorney’s office that every citation was by writting and with foundations and she did not accept any citation by phone with the methods of the judges and prosecuting attorney of the dictatorship.

As it has already happened with leaders of Quebracho 5-6 years before, this fascist judge Melazo accused worker and popular fighters of “fraud” and “theft” as instrument and extorsion of political persecution. We are before a repetition of this proceeding, this time against socialist leaders, labour lawyers, intellectuals, and sons and daughters of disappears who have been placed under target by a tribunal of active participation and act in collusion with the CIA and the devil police of Bonaerense (from Buenos Aires Province). This is not an accusation of somebody that wants to way out from any accusation but these are the facts. The judge Melazo, past April 2, said in the press that “there is to punch the Quebrachitos -that hid their faces- till break the faces”. Thus, this magistrate called to carry out a progrom like the murderous Bonaerense Police did when they “go to punch the picketers in Puente Pueyrredon” and killed Kostequi and Santillán in 2002. Some of the killers were caught not because a judge was investigating the Bonaerense police but because they were filmed by journalists at the moment when they massacred the comrades in Avellaneda Station.

We are facing a provocation. The raids against socialists were carried out including detention of the people at their home address, people that have nothing to do with the search warrant and were retained in public, in the street like banal thieves. Dozens of policemen and prosecuting attorneys mess up the houses and lawyer’s offices seeking for papers, mobile phone by mobile phone, computer by computer. They sought telephone numbers, personal notebooks, names and surnames; ransacked wardrobes, turned the mattress over; they separated carefully the books of Marxism and socialism inside the houses and checked them one by one.
The witnesses that supposedly “were passing by the street” were put inside without the knowledge of anybody. Twenty people in different places of the house, kidnapping mobile phones and opening computers without the possibility that owners of the houses can check what these supposed experts did. That is, the police, the experts opened the computers and mobile phones without the physical presence of the proprietors of the housing.

Of course that this was not signed , endorsed or recognized by any of those who suffered the raid- that have years of experience in the struggle against the military dictatorship and videlist judges.
We could observe, through our lawyers, that they try to charge socialists in proceedings of swindle with people to whom there is no relationship. It is already proved that the attorney’s office defends lands of the Bonaerense oligarchy in dispute among them, politicians, mayors and their punteros (their “representatives” that control in the neighborhoods TN) in different districts of the Province. In accomplice with the Property Registration’s Office (Registro de la Propiedad), gangs of lumpens, bourgeois, declassed people of every kind, and punteros are disputing lands of stack neighbors that were occupied, and they are fighting for their property; meanwhile, they rob lands for the private neighborhoods or for building luxurious Spa in tourist zones.
To try to involve socialists, a labor lawyer and sons of disappears in maneuvers of bourgeois gangs and political punteros is nothing more that a coarse provocation on the part of the intelligence services and their judges and evil police.

Not with us. Not to us. Nobody should be surprised by this attack, when the Macri, Chief of Government of the Ciudad de Buenos Aires is accused of listening telephone conversations of citizens demanding their rights. Nothing can be odd when all the political originators of the assassinations on December 20, 2001 are free, as well as of the assassination of Kostequi and Santillán and the thousands cases of “easy trigger” against the Argentinean youth, among others. Not to us. Here it will be set clearly that behind this provocation they try to attack socialists as the movie of De Sica on “the thief of bicycles”…”against the thief, against the thief stealing the bike” with the objective that by behind they steal it –that is, the true thieves and criminals of the politic and their punteros… and judges… and their prosecuting attorneys that have validated the biggest swindles of the oligarchy’s lands while massacred Paraguayan and Bolivian dispossess workers for occupying a piece of land to be able to have a piece cardboard to shelter in the Indoamericano Park o in Ledesma Jujuy.

With us, no. Of course, we will show, neither before judges of the dictatorship nor their prosecuting attorneys living in La Recoleta, but before the eyes of the working class and workers of Argentina and world that the true illicit associations are they, who steal the rivers, minerals, water, oil, the Central Bank, 50.000 millions of dollars of the savers and all the bankers are free…

Not to us. With socialists, no. Because we will denounce not before judges who belonged to the CNU, the fascist commands that with the Triple A massacred students in Mar del Plata and then they get in partnership with the Mossad to keep chasing fighters for the Palestinian cause…Not to us. Because neither the Triple A has intimidated us, Triple A that has kidnapped some of us, nor the military dictatorship intimidated us against which we fight, let alone, the CIA, Mossad and CNU’s judges will intimidate us.

With us, no. Facing the provocation, against the tribunal of the oligarchy, we will call for a public tribunal of the worker organizations and those who vindicate to be truly democratic to trial in public to the judges coming from the dictatorship, that were their collaborators, to the prosecuting attorneys and their relations with the oligarchy and expropriators of the people. We will judge them. We will investigate them. And before the eyes of the people we will show they are trivial impostors.

With us, no. Not to us. The internationalist socialists of world worker organizations will denounce that our comrades of Argentina are chased for dare to lead the Campaign of international solidarity with the workers and people massacred by genocides in Libya, Syria and Palestine. We make responsible for this attack to the political chiefs of these judges and to the State, they are under its command and administer the interests of all the oligarchy and imperialism that pillages the nation.

Not to us. Because we know that these threatens and arrogance and this attack against the democratic freedoms are a respond to a relentlessly fight in defense of the interests of the workers all around the world and in particular of the Argentinean workers.
Not to us. Because we have seen that the UFI 8 says to have an expert team of the highest technology to discover “complex crimes”. They say to have the “best men” and the “best technology”…so, why don’t they discover the kidnappers of Julio López if they have achieved to discover so many “complex crimes”? If they say to have “so many quality” and “efficiency” since say where Julio López is, because they manage the intelligence services, they lead the Bonaerense. Say where Julio López, the young Luciano Arruga and Daniel Solano-delegate of the agriculture workers- are. Till it doesn’t happen, this is an alive proof that they only are to catch “thieves of chickens” and let free the kidnappers, the murderous military-men, the corrupted politicians, and the transnational companies, plunderers of the nation.

We know that they will be with us, the organizations that fight for the democratic freedoms, the socialist and worker organizations of the world with which we fight daily giving life like the internationalist socialists do in Syria and Libya side by side our brothers fencing Wall Street and in Europe fighting against the capitalists´ attack. Those who fight for the freedom of the prisoners of Guantanamo, Chile, Colombia, Palestina will be side by side us.

Not to us. With “the theory of two demons”, that “there are bad socialists”, theory to save all the bosses and murderous military-men, no…No. Thousands of worker fighters have been under prosecution for “the crime” of asking for what belong to them with justice. The capitalists’ state need hostages and worker organizations with their leaders having “the Damocles sword” on the head so them to surrender and don’t fight openly against this rotten society. And they speak about “democracy” when there are thousands of worker fighters under charges and hundreds of youth killed by the police “easy trigger”. Even they speak about “democracy” when there are peasant peoples massacred to take them away their lands like Qom in Formosa, and there are policemen sent by judges of the same quality of Melazo and other repressors that in order to defend the exploiters’ lands don’t have any limit to sign search warrants, orders of repression causing assassinations and humiliations of all kind.

The socialists have never surrendered before exploiters, let alone, before repressor judges like these ones and their court of prosecuting attorneys to whom it results very “complex” to discover the frauds, swindles, and robberies against the people on the part of the bankers and big transnationals.

This is one more of so many political fights that our socialist movement is giving in the Argentinean, Latin American, and world working class. In the particular case of the “Movimiento por la Democracia Obrera” of Argentina, it has begun even its campaign for affiliation to be able to participate in the next electoral campaign to present, this time with electoral legal status, its positions in public. This provocation is aiming to prevent it, that is, that a socialist, independent, and intransigent voice can be heard against the interests of the exploiters and their political representatives in Argentina. They will not achieve it. We know of the great national and international solidarity that we will collect through this appeal.

We clarify that we will not recognize the result of every raid carried out by videlist methods that only are useful to hunt “parsleys” and let free the murderous politicians and bosses. We will not recognize it, and we don’t recognize it. Our defence will be the masses. We come from masses and only they will resolve this question. We are who accuse before the eyes of the workers and poor people of the world.

The “Movimiento por la Democracia Obrera” is member of an international movement in support of the Syrian masses to stop the genocide of Al Assad on behalf of all the imperialist powers of the world. We take again the socialist tradition of the Argentinean workers that in the ´30s sent volunteers, money and medicine to the battlefield in Spain against franquism. We know that the “franquist” Argentineans of today are the ones attacking us and they want to tarnish us. They will no achieve it.

When writing this letter, we know the following situation, that more than a proof it is a confession:

Melazo order no less than 25 raids. What he found in these raids is secret.
What supposedly he found in the houses of the fighters members of the “Movimiento por la Democracia Obrera” that they had during a week confiscated by the SIDE, Mossad and Bonaerense will be exposed in a “public expert´s report”…since this note was already in the street and they knew about its existence.
