MURDEROUS STATE!
ENOUGH OF CHASING, REPRESSING, PUTTING IN JAIL AND MURDERING WORKERS AND THE POPULAR AND WORKER FIGHTERS!

Immediate release to the youth of Black Bloc!
Drop the charges immediately to all the popular and worker fighters!

The attack and persecution against the workers and the exploited youth and against the vanguard organizations such as Black Bloc has intensified to the extent that the class struggle advances against the capitalist attack across the country.

The bosses and the murderous state militarized the shanties and favelas (shanty town), advanced to slaughter and torture, with their murderous police forces, the workers from the favelas as in Amarildo in Rocinha, as happened with 10 workers killed in New Holland in June and as happened with hundreds of workers in Rio de Janeiro and the entire country, while they clean the way for the fascist gunmen to murder the poor peasants constantly.
Now, to further the attack against the working class and against militant youth, the bosses has revived the Law 12,850, as in the military dictatorship, which states that: "The meeting of four or more individuals, formally or informally, by any means, for criminal practice, it acted as a criminal organization, they can (the members) be given up to eight years in prison" (http://noticias.r7.com, 10/09/2013).

With this law against "criminal organizations", a precise attack is being carried on against the organized youth in "Black Bloc". Under the cover of this law, 13 homes of the Black Bloc members were raided (from a total of 17 mandates), in total 18 members of the Black Bloc; they were interrogated and arrested; their computers, phones, etc. were taken, and after that they were released but with a legal process, with the possibility to go to jail.

We cannot allow such an outrage on the part of this murderous state, boss politicians and their counterrevolutionary justice. The workers' organizations, trade unions and all the organizations fighting around the country and the world should pose as first demand the fight for IMMEDIATE RELEASE TO THE MEMBERS OF BLACK BLOC AND ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS OF BRAZIL AND WORLD! DROP THE CHARGES TO ALL THE FIGHTERS! The CSP-Conlutas, ANEL, UNE, militant unions members of CUT, FS, and all the fighting organizations of the youth and workers must take this resolution right now, if not it will be impossible to fight seriously by any of the demands of the workers and the exploited ones. If they touch one, they touch all!

We cannot fight with hostages in the jails of the bourgeoisie! We cannot fight with workers and youth chased and prosecuted by the exploiters´ justice! In the struggle for wages, work, health, education, housing and all our demands, it must have a special place the fight against repression and the persecution of the fighters, the fight for the freedom of all political prisoners and the struggle for dropping the charges to the workers and popular fighters.

For that reason and to end with the repression, we must set up, in every struggle, in each factory, workplace, university and school and in each worker neighborhood Self-defense Committee to defend ourselves from the police repression, true watchdogs of the bourgeoisie.
Dissolution of all the police forces! Workers and popular trials to judge and punish all the murderers and repressors of workers and poor people!
