Bolivia The fight for wages, jobs and land in Bolivia concentrates the fight against the counterrevolutionary pacts of the native bourgeoisies with imperialism that expropriated the revolutionary fight of the masses in the world The combat that today working class vanguard is fighting has an international character because it faces the counterrevolutionary pacts that were imposed not only in Latin America, but also in Africa and Middle East. These pacts submit to the native, “Bolivarian”, “indigenous”, “black” or “Islamic” bourgeoisie the revolutionary combat of the proletariat; all of them agent of imperialism. In Middle East the counterrevolutionary pacts imposed by different Islamic bourgeoisies with imperialism fenced masses resistance against imperialism; they allowed imperialism to launch bigger counterrevolutionary offensives, like the one of the Zionist fascist army of Israel massacring the proletariat in Gaza. In Madagascar on 2009 workers fighting for food, against the hunger and misery imposed by Ravalomanana’s government (direct US imperialism agent), opened revolution overthrowing Ravalomanana and splitting the army they set up their worker militia to get food. Who has guns has food! This great working revolution was fenced by the pacts of US and French imperialisms and with the bourgeois government of Rajoelina; such pact was supported by all African bourgeoisie who close the gaps on the top to prevent the triumph of the revolution and its extension to the whole Southern Africa. In America, Bolivarian bourgeoisie and its scam of “Bolivarian revolution” -expropriators of workers and peasants revolutions, which shocked early 21st Century- imposed counterrevolutionary pacts with imperialism to fence, divert, contain and defeat those revolutions and the anti-imperialist struggle of Latin American masses and also within USA. Such counterrevolutionary police was used in Bolivia against October 2003-2005 revolution, i.e. the pact of Morales and fascist Media Luna that today the worker vanguard is facing. The essence of such counterrevolutionary policy is submitting the working class to the bourgeoisie. Thus, for example, Fidel Castro told the exploited in Argentina and Latin America that “it wasn’t necessary do a revolution like in Cuba, but to produce and then Kichner’s government will distribute wealth equally”, and burying the revolutionary war cry of the masses that in 2001 shouted “Everyone out, not a single left”. In Colombia Chavez and Uribe hugged, supported by Unasur, Correa, Kichner, Morales and Castro, based on the blood of massacred FARC members and the Colombian resisted. In 2009 we saw this policy acting in Honduras; the masses anti-imperialist struggle against pro-US coup was strangled, submitting the working class and exploited masses to the “democratic front” of Zelaya, Bolivarians and imperialism. In Haiti, after the catastrophe of the earthquake, Bolivarian bourgeoisie and Castrism supported –with troops and with the allowance to use Cuban air space- the military occupation of imperialism in the nation that was devastated and sunk in barbarism. The scam of “Bolivarian revolution” played its role guaranteeing the submission of US working class’ awakening to Obama. This allowed imperialist bourgeoisie –once they took out of the picture the proletariat that had conquered the streets, like Oakland dock workers and immigrant workers-, this time guised as Obama, to burden all the big financial capital crisis on the US and world working class, while they save Wall Street imperialist parasites from their bad business and catastrophe. Once they submit US proletariat to Obama and based on the counterrevolutionary pacts in Latin American, is how US imperialism went back over its “backyard”, imposing counterrevolutionary coups like in Honduras, 7 military basses in Colombia and imperialist occupation on Haiti. Under these circumstances, the Castroite Bureaucracy in Cuba, after selling out the Latin American revolution, increases its policy of restoring capitalism in the island to become a new Cuban bourgeoisie. Down with the counterrevolutionary pacts of the Bolivarian bourgeoisie and imperialism! Down with the scam of Bolivarian revolution! Down with counterrevolutionary pacts of submission of the proletariat to the bourgeoisie in Latin America, Africa and Middle East! Let the Bolivian revolution stand up again to join the revolutionary combat of workers of Greece, Kyrgyzstan and the whole Europe! Before world economic crisis, dying capitalism centralized all treacherous leaderships in WSF and Chavez, Castro and Hu Jintao 5th International to try to save bankrupting capitalism. They acted yesterday supporting counterrevolutionary pacts of subordination of the proletariat to the bourgeoisie in the semi-colonies to fence Latin American revolution. At the late 2005, before the great Bolivian revolution, Bolivarian bourgeoisies and WSF made the “Counter Meeting of the People” in Argentina. On that meeting all forces to fence Bolivia and support Evo Morales were concentrated, preparing him to expropriate workers and peasants revolution. Today before the action masses in Greece –which is threatening to open revolution- socialimperialist and anticapitalist parties gather together in Spain for the “People’s meeting” to fence Greek masses, prevent that their combat generalize to the whole Europe and save imperialist banks and governments, calling to “strength UE”. That is why the combat of the industrial workers against counterrevolutionary pacts is the best ally of Greek masses, to whom they are trying to fence and strangle today, like they did with Bolivian working class. Imperialist parasites declared war to the exploited in Europe. Facing it, the Greek working class started its answer, setting up factory committees, immigrant unions, facing bureaucracy and the repression of the regime, with five general strikes and showing the way to the European working class so the crisis be paid by capitalists. Proletariat’s reformist leaderships prevent the revolutionary overthrowing of Papandreu, who is heading the attack against the masses. International bourgeoisie, centralized, tries to fence Greek masses to prevent that spark in Athens and set Paris and the whole Europe in fire. The combat of the Bolivian proletariat is the best ally of the Greek masses in the American continent, since it opens the prospect of synchronizing the struggle of the exploited from semi-colonial countries with the one of the imperialist countries. This is what the world bourgeoisie wants to prevent at all cost, and that is why they have treacherous leaderships of the proletariat. Thus Bolivian working class must lead again the Latin American revolution, calling to break with the Bolivarian bourgeoisie, which would mean a huge prop for the combat of Middle East, Africa and the whole Europe masses. Bolivian working class isn’t alone in such task; it has as their best allies Kyrgyzstan proletariat and Greek working class answering in masses political fight against the attack of the imperialist bourgeoisie. Kyrgyzstan workers facing US imperialism servant Bakiev’s government attack and the increase of 200% on the basic products, they took the streets, defeated the police, assaulted police stations, set up workers militia, occupied the house of government and the Parliament, they kick out the government and took justice in their own hands with the ministers who stole workers wages. That is how the working class stood up and started its revolution! Kyrgyzstan revolution shows the way to the Greek working class to advance towards revolution and so the crisis to be paid by capitalists. Greek workers, in their fight against capitalist parasites and their governments, show the way to the world proletariat. Thus, the combat of Bolivian industrial workers shows the way to the world proletariat to defeat counterrevolutionary pacts of submission of the working class to the bourgeoisie. Bolivian working class: rise together with your class brothers of Greece and Kyrgyzstan! All together with our class brothers who are fighting in Greece! US working class must set up together with their class brothers of Greece, Kyrgyzstan and the combat of Bolivian workers, to face the same enemy! Down with AFL-CIO bureaucracy, who are servants of Wall Street bankers! Down with the Fifth International of the bourgeoisie servants! The Fourth International of 1938 must be re-founded! |
