“Emergency Motions”

Fellow students:

It’s time to say Enough! of lies, deceives and dirty secret business of the Evo Morales bourgeois government with the university authorities. It’s time to retake the militant and revolutionary student traditions that led us to fight along with the working class and the exploited masses in 2003-2005.

In order to achieve our demands…
If the F.U.L stands with the students:
It has to break with the bourgeois University Council and call immediately for a general student assembly with rank and file delegates elected democratically in order to unify all the students!

We as militant students:
Let’s set up a militant organization that fights to conquer the student-worker alliance along with the industrial workers, mineworkers, health workers, teaching and all the fighting organizations!
Down with the traitor and reformist leaderships of our organizations!
Down with the miserable co-participation of the government of the servant Evo Morales –who only “listens and obeys” the multinationals and the landowning oligarchy from the fascist Media Luna!
For an education budget based on an extraordinary tax of the profit of the multinationals and the landowning oligarchy, toward the path to its expropriation!
In order to conquer public and free education, decent jobs and wages according to the food basket, the path is shown by the youth and revolutionary workers of Tunisia, Egypt and Libya!

Let’s fight in defense of the university autonomy and for a Tripartite Government of students, teachers (lectures/professors) and workers with STUDENT MAJORITY, which is the only one who can assure an honest administration of the budget!

We are sons of 1952 revolution, of the Pulacayo Theses, of the militant students of the French May, of the Popular Assembly of 1971, brothers of the militant students of the Technical University of Oruro (UTO). Les’s retake the resolutions of COR-El Alto –where it declared itself as the general headquarters of the Bolivian revolution!
