The Workers of Parana Metal with their blockades and picket lines under the rain and cold face the plan of the slaver boss of Leone and Cristobal Lopez-front man of the Kirchner who in 2008 dismissed 500 workers of the floating Casino of Puerto Madero-: Today they want to leave in the streets 500 workers families and over exploit 300 workers to make them produce double cutting their wages!
This attack against Parana Metal workers is a hit against the entire worker movement that is living huge sufferings: an unbearable inflation and cost of living; millions of unemployment workers, thousands and thousands of new dismissed workers, millions of under contract and unregistered workers submitted to a brutal labour slavery and hunger salaries less than $1.800, millions suffering the public education and health in decay; millions suffering the repression of the murderous state that as in Bariloche has massacred 3 youth workers; thousands of worker and popular fighters under prosecution like Las Heras comrades, at the same time  leaders Martino, Olivera and others continue in jail and Villalba in prison at home.
While the boss gangs of the Kirchner and the right wing opposition together with imperialism leaned on by the trade union bureaucracy of the scab Moyano (CGT), Yasky and De Gennaro (CTA) are in dispute for the business and plundering of the nation’s wealth.

Parana Metal: two years of struggle against the Kirchnerist boss so anti-worker and servant of imperialism like the right wing (gorillas) “opposition” at the time of attacking workers.
Parana Metal workers do not surrender. Since two years the Parana Metal workers have been bearing the groping of the boss, government and its swindler “investors”. This anti-worker government of Kirchners and their representative Moreno intervene the companies when they are profitable-like the paper mill Massuh-, throw away and send them to the bankruptcy when they loss leaving thousands of workers and their families in the streets.

Parana Metal workers fight for keeping their post jobs. Workers are tired they mess around with them like recently the slaver Tomada has done who from the Labour Minister the only thing he offered was a miserable “subsidy” for each worker. Stop the lie of the “advisers” who tell workers that by putting pressure it is possible to get “favorable” laws or judging in the parliament and bourgeois justice! Enough of deceives and lies: the Labour Minister, the parliament and the boss justice are for guarding the business and property of the bosses and are enemies of workers and poor people! Out the hands of the Labour Minister! That the Kirchner, the soy bosses, the Moyano and Yasky live with miserable subsidies!
We must expropriate the expropriators!
For the nationalization without payment and under control of Parana Metal, General Motors, the oil companies and of all the imperialist companies- looters of the nation’s wealth!

The boss blackmail with its crisis but it lies: the production of the auto industry is towards the record of 700.000 unities per year, they are making huge profits. Similar fortune the soy boss is making too due to the high international prices of commodities.
The boss gangs and imperialist transnational companies are accumulating huge sums of money by making the muscles and bones of workers burst out and by starving the exploited masses.
This is proofed by the 60 billions of dollars these parasites have in the reserve funds of the Central Bank; the 7 billions of dollars that Kirchner and opposition are going to pay to the bankers of the Paris Club; the dozens and dozens of billion dollars they already paid to the parasites of IMF for the fake external debt; the 65 billion dollars flight away by transnational to their central branches abroad.
To bailout their companies under danger of bankruptcy, millions of dollars appeared to bail out them like Obama did so, and Cristina Kirchner did to bail out GM of Rosario. And for workers they only have sticks, prison, and repression as they did the Kraft workers and do with immigrants in USA and Europe.
We cannot allow it anymore! For that reason to be able to keep the job post, to have decent job, to eat, to educate our children, the solution is in our hands. Let’s expropriate the exploiters, nationalization of all the factories: those in bankruptcy and those that make profits without payment and under workers control! From General Motors and Parana Metal! Only in that way we can win all our demands!

We must impose on UOM and CTA the national strike!
Let’s take/occupy the factory and make it produce!

Piccinini and Paulon of the UOM/CTA, CTA national leaders are responsible for the difficult situation the Parana Metal workers are living through: Why don’t they call a national strike of CTA? What are they waiting for calling on all the workers of the Industrial chain to march towards Parana Metal, to set up a picket line to occupy the plant and make it produce? Enough! Occupying the plant and making it produce under workers control; the Parana Metal workers will be able to guarantee the labor source and bread for their families! 
And today the proposal these leaders take us to re open the factory is with a regime of sliding scale of dismissals, suspensions and salary cuts where the only winners are the bosses and the workers of the contractors are left at their own fate. That is, they are offering us a plan of bailing out do that the boss goes on making huge business with slave workers. This is a fraud!   
Enough! We must call on all the metal mechanic workers and metal workers to fight together for the victory of Parana Metal, from the repair shops of Villa Constitución to the last corner of the country because this boss attack if imposed it is preparing thousands of new dismissals  and slavery conditions like in mostly small metallurgic workshops. If they touch one, they touch all of us! To stop the dismissals, put Parana Metal to produce with the expropriation without payment under workers’ control, to defeat the fake collective bargaining and get increase in salaries according the family basket: Let’s follow the sample of the industrial workers of La Paz who confront the collaborationist bureaucracy of COB and government of Evo Morales and its pact with the fascist Media Luna!

Let’s march towards UOM to impose the national strike on the bureaucracy of Caló!

The CTA has set up a multi sector committee in the branch of Villa Constitución that includes from the leader Piccinini of UOM/CTA till UCR boss politicians like the mayor Vaquié and peronists anti-K. But workers know that nothing good will emerge from that multi sector committee of the soy bosses and gorillas (right wing sector TN) who similarly to the Kirchner live over the bones of the exploited masses and have the hands stained with worker blood. These representatives of the agrarian bourgeoisie are the ones who keep more than one million of rural workers working like servants of the middle age in their lands. Out the hands of bosses from the workers organizations!

The 3 “opposition” and “militant” lists of the left against De Gennaro and Yasky must put all their forces to fill Paraná Metal of delegates of all around the country:
None election of CTA without the national strike!

The left currents like PTS, MAS, IS, etc., that in the “Second Worker Encounter of  Zona Norte” said to fight for re opening the collective bargaining and against precarious work: What are they waiting for sending delegates to Villa Constitución? Or is it that they call for encounters when there is no struggle and when workers go out to fight they leave them isolated? Parana Metal Workers cannot wait more time nor wait for the new “Third Encounter…”, that will be gathered in December! The fight is now! That the 600 delegates who participated in the “Second Encounter” go to Parana Metal to set up a Command of national struggle!
The SUTNA sectional of Dan Fernando and the internal commission of Fate inside CTA Why aren’t they at the head of the fight of Parana Metal Workers and don’t unify it with the fight for the reinstate of all the dismissed tyre workers? That delegates from Fate go to Villa Constitución! That those who want to “re open the collective bargaining” go to Parana Metal to gather all the forces of the working class to impose the national strike over the UOM and CTA!
Currents like PO, PCR-CCC, MST, etc., lead piquetero movements: What are they waiting for unifying unemployed workers with the Parana Metal Workers to fight for decent jobs to impose one more shift instead of continuing imploring a plan Argentina Trabaja?

National Command of struggle in Villa Constitución, NOW!

The militant struggle of Parana Metal Workers put at the order of the day the immediate task of breaking the isolation of those in struggle, coordinates, and unifies the workers ranks to defeat the bureaucracy of CGT and CTA and open the way to the General Strike.
We must regroup the forces of those who can’t stand anymore the fraud collective bargaining of the bureaucrats Moyano, Yasky, De Gennaro. We must prevent that subway workers -who fight for their independent union- and meat workers- who in the meat processing plants Rioplatense and Bancalari fight for keep their labour post and earn the salaries in debt- continue in isolation.   We must win the unity with the secondary students who are occupying dozens of schools in Capital Federal against the empty of the public education. The piquetero movement needs to set up again and win the streets fighting for decent job. We must centralize those who confront the repression of the murderous State like in Bariloche and Baradero, and those who as in Angalá faced the imperialist plundering.
Let’s send delegates to Villa Constitución from all the militant Yorker organizations of the country, from the Internal Commissions of Kraft, Peosico, and sectional San Fernado of Sutna, the opposition lists against the bureaucracy of Cetera-CTA, delegates’ body of subway, Stafani workers, piquetero movement and secondary students in struggle to set up a National Command of Struggle!

For Parana Metal Workers and the entire worker movement win:
We must conquer the GENERAL STRIKE!

To guarantee the job and salary we must forge the unity of employed and unemployed workers fighting for: Immediate reinstate of all the dismissed workers! Stop unregistered workers, and workers under contract and under outsourcing provider! Everybody to permanent staff! Stop condemning unemployed to begging! Decent job for all! For one more labour shift in all the factories and workshops of the country so the unemployed workers can enter to work! For 6.000$ basic, vital and mobile salary indexed monthly! Down with the “profit tax”, a robbery to the worker salary! Expropriation without payment of every factory that closes down, suspends or dismisses!
To unify the worker ranks we must defeat the bureaucracy: Down with the trade union bureaucracy of CGT and CTA! Down with the vile regime of the “Social Pact” of imperialism, the Kirchner, the right wing opposition and bureaucrats Moyano, Yasky, De Gennaro! Let’s set up self-defense committees to stop repression of the murderous State and the attacks of the gunmen of the trade union bureaucracy!
 Either them or us: Down with the commercial secret! Opening of the accounting books and bank counts of the bosses to prove the super profits taken from all the companies during the last years! For the expropriation without payment and under worker control of Parana Metal towards the way to impose the nationalization without payment and under worker control of all the steel-metal branch (Acindar-Arcelor Mittal, Siderar, Siderca and Techint) and spread it towards the auto industry (Ford, VW, Toyota, Fiat, Mercedes, GM)!
For capitalists pay for the crisis: We must impose the breaking with imperialism and expropriate their properties, lands, and banks! Not a single peso to pay for the fraud external debt, it is in there the money for salary and the triplication of the budget for public health and education!

Nobody left, everybody out!
