ARGENTINA:

Full of water…

Dozens of deaths and missing people, hundreds of thousands of destroyed housing: nature made torrential rain… but the boss politicians and the bankers who plunder the nation have made the deaths and destruction. 

The capitalist parasite build royal buildings for them and the workers and people are under the water!

We present this emergency statement, facing the weather catastrophe and the cynics of the capitalist, their government and parties, all servants of Wall Street and the transnational companies that plunder the nation. 
The exploiters left the workers and poor people not only without food, decent work, education and health system, but they left them without public works needed to even survive intense rains, understandable for the changing weather. 
They are guilty of more than 70 deaths! Capitalists, bankers, governments, judges and corrupted politicians, plunder the nation paying U$ 20.000 million to the parasites of Wall Street per year. Facing judges from NY they knelt down with the “vulture funds” … they have crocodile tears. They did not care because they have not set up a plan of hydraulic public work so the plain drain and therefore the houses belonging to most of the popular people do not end up under the water. 
They do not care about the life of the workers when they exploit us and enslave us in the factories and even less how and where we live, even less if the rain flood us neither if our children have health system, education or die of starvation.
Today, they want to get food and some mattresses, this is a terrible alms and a humiliating hit to the popular layers who have lost due to their responsibility, the capitalist politicians and officials of the grat imperialist bankers.   
The paid to the “vultures funds”, the 10 thousand million of dollars given to the IMF, 50 thousand million of dollars paid to the banks who got the money of the “corralito” of 2001 in bonus of the state paid today in dollars up to 2017 show that there was and is plenty of money to build millions of housing and build public work at the services of the masses.  The hospitals are destroyed, there are no supplies, the teachers are fighting for a miserable salary, there are millions without housings and Why would the exploiters in their upper class neighborhoods-countries and buildings in Puerto Madero care if the water kills and slaughter hundreds of exploiters and the popular layers?
There is and was plenty of money to make hydraulic work needed which could avoid the death and sufferings that are living today the working class and the poor people. There is plenty of Money to give back to the lost that we suffered our houses and life conditions.  The state have money from taxes which is taken from what we buy such as IVA, this is more than 350 thousand millions of pesos and even more it is given back to the workers dozens of death and missing people for the floods. Parasites! 
For public work under the control of worker organizations and Neighbors Assembly! There is plenty of money! Suspension to the paid of BONEX to the bankers thieves of the nation! Not even one peso for patents and royalties! Grain, meat and milk so all the exploiters can eat! Confiscation of food from the super markets and from the distribution food chain. Confiscation of grain and milk from the oligarchy for all the victims.
Immediate confiscation of all the machinery of the big building companies to clean and rebuild the houses of all the affected families, under the control of the unions and the worker organizations. 
The boss politicians from the government or the “opposition” are cynics. They proposed to give “soft” loans to the exploited whose salary is spent by the end of the month due to the inflation and high cost of living caused by them. A plan of soft loan is for the rich middle class who is the one who can rebuild their property.  Ask the workers to pay a loan when they can hardly feed their children! Shameless! Corrupted Politicians!   
The Banks and the transnational company have had super profit of 90% from annual utilities.  They have to pay! Expropriation without payment of the bank! A decent house, health and education for all! 
They have to pay! Let the politicians, CEOs and bankers pay! Enough of ABL (tax to the houses in CABA), high prices and devaluation! Enough with VAT! Progressive taxes to the great fortunes!
This is the Argentina of the oligarchy, bankers and transnational company and corrupted politicians.  There are 6.500 worker fighters with charges to fight for bread, work and dignity and the bosses who led the murder of Ferreyra are free, the ones responsible for the slaughter in Once are free, Ibarra and all the politicians of the slaughter Cromañon are free.  Only some genocide military generals were judged so all the other ones are free. 
In this Argentina where we have water up to our neck, we only see crocodile tears. Trial and punishment to all the politicians responsible of the death of the workers and the people!  
The works and the people affected must take in their hands the resolution of their problems. 
Supply Committees! Committees of public works under control of unions and labor organizations! Out with the men of the boss political parties and boss parties! Popular Assemblies as in 2001 by neighborhood and village to organize solidarity! From schools, with the teachers and labor organizations, let’s set up commissions to help the victims and organize a great struggle to conquer the basic demands of bread, jobs, decent education and the right not to die, or lose an entire working life facing a natural catastrophe perfectly avoidable!
Pests and diseases that can occur are perfectly avoidable: organizations of workers and victims must fight  to set up first all private clinics, health insurance and public hospitals to unconditionally disposition and for free at the service of the victims and the popular sectors ruined by the catastrophe. Medicine and free medical care and excellence for all!
Confiscate the laboratories! There can be a single child, not a single patient without medical care and preventive medicine.
Worker and Popular Vigilance committees! They say they have brought the army and police to rescue the people. This is a lie! They put the repressors while they show crocodile tears. What Kirchner, Macri and Scioli are doing is a siege against the masses if they revolt against such an injustice situation.
These are immediate and emergency measures facing the catastrophe that only the workers and the victims with the unity, organization and struggle we can win. The rest are crocodile tears, bread for today and hunger for tomorrow ... gifts and alms of corrupt politicians, managers, bankers, oligarchy and the enslave bosses. 
Facing such a catastrophe, the people realize that the one form "above" and their politicians can build monumental works as in Puerto Madero meanwhile they steal the tax paid mostly by workers and the people.  How are they going to build an infrastructure and modern hydraulic drainage to prevent flooding and the suffering of millions of exploited ones? They do not care. They only care about their profits, obtained with the work of others. Yes, in the flood areas, neighbors are supportive, caring each other homes, they give blankets to the ones who do not have one they help each other. The capitalist apathy has taken everything to the oppressed people and has submerged them underwater, and the masses express their greatest solidarity among them. Workers who earn a miserable wage sent a blanket and a can of milk and the big capitalists and the oligarchy that take thousands of billions of dollars annually, continue plundering the nation without putting anything ...Now they have to pay!
They spread crocodile tears; they will give some blankets, mattresses ... alms to the affected sectors. But when the last television camera shuts down, workers remain in ruins and grieving their dead, without homes and without jobs.
Let the crisis be paid by the capitalists, transnational companies and bankers: As in 2001, let the Popular Assemblies return! Let us resolve the catastrophe on our hands and shout again the war cry, which was stolen from us, of “Everyone out, nobody left”!
