Iraq
USA has bombed its way to a yet again orderly protectorate
Today US imperialism is trying to discipline its agent the “Islamic state”, which -supplied with weapons by the Saudi oil sheiks- has marched to Iraq and Syria to smash the revolutionary processes from within
The Social-imperialist left, loyal servant to Obama, supports the bloody and oppressive government of the Iraqi US protectorate
Since August 8th US imperialism has been bombing precise targets among the military forces of the Islamic State (IS) besieging Erbil (the “capital” of the Kurdish area in Iraq). The former has only aimed a few times with its air force to destroy certain heavy weaponry belonging to this Sunni bourgeois organization in the suburbs of this city.
Imperialism is concealing its true aims behind a “humanitarian” face. Obama has declared that they have taken “food and water to the civilians trapped in crossfire” while the bags are launched with parachutes from UN planes. Obama also announced that he “wants to prevent genocide of the civil population of ethnic minorities threatened by the Islamic State”; he stated, too that the military intervention would be limited to air bombing against certain targets as he does not want a “US military solution to the Iraqi situation”. Really, as we will see below, while he is disguising as “democratic” and “humanitarian” to carry on a military intervention, he is trying so far to put a limit to the actions of one of its agents in Iraq: the Islamic State -which was in charge of going to Fallujah and Mosul, where the chain of local insurrections was threatening with reaching Bagdad. Obama and NATO and their pact of Geneva II did the same to jackal Al Assad and the Shiite bourgeoisie when they sent the “Islamic State” to Syria to smash the resistance and erase any trace of revolution.
The pact of Geneva II among imperialism, Arab bourgeoisies and Zionism means that the Shiite bourgeoisie (like in Syria, Iraq and Lebanon) is in charge of defending the imperialist interests in the region, supporting Zionism and massacring the masses directly. At the same time the Qatari and Saudi bourgeoisies, with former Saddam Hussein’s bourgeoisie in Iraq, are in charge of smashing the revolutionary processes there from within. In Syria this role was played also by Jabhat al-Nusra and the Free Syrian Army.
The payment to the Islamic State for “its services” is that now, with the go ahead of imperialism, they will be able to recover the business they managed before US invasion to Iraq in 2003, instead of the bourgeois fractions which in that moment up to today, supported by imperialism, had got it. This is the reason of the “violence” practiced by the Islamic State. They are recovering their old business and in order to achieve that they must have a strong control of the masses.
Religious ideology and the so called special cruelty of these Mujahedeens is not at all different from the murders and genocides carried on by Al-Assad, the Iranian Ayatollahs and Hezbollah in Syria; or the massacres of Zionism against defenseless women and children in Gaza. What we are seeing are the different ends of the same rope used to strangle the revolutionary processes in Maghreb and Middle East, which had dismantled the counterrevolutionary devices imposed by imperialism for the region and the oil routes.
After containing the exploited’s local insurrections, the Islamic State is trying to recover its businesses lost after the overthrowing of Saddam Hussein in 2003.
As we said before, this agent of imperialism’s -comprising the Iraqi Sunnite bourgeoisie- comes from containing a chain of mass insurrections that, from Fallujah to Mosul, defeated the Iraqi Army, a Ghurka army to the service of USA. The mass insurrection was threatening to reach Iraqi capital Bagdad and uniting itself to the southern exploited masses to overthrow Maliki’s government, which was Obama’s puppet.
The Islamic State was sent by US imperialism –since it had the authority to enter the cities that the masses had already liberated and pose as their “ally”- to set its men at the head of the exploited’s uprisings to control and defeat them from within. Once they had accomplished that, they proclaimed their “Islamic caliphate” and imposed themselves over the area with their party-army with a strong repressive control of the masses.
The Islamic State is an organization that belongs to the Sunnite bourgeoisie commanded by Saudi Arabia and the old officers’ caste of Saddam Hussein’s Republican Guard. As such, it acted quickly to look after the imperialist oil companies’ private property –refineries, oil fields, etc- where such property was threatened of being expropriated by the masses. The IS sent their military forces to occupy oil wells and buildings to prevent the masses from occupying them. Once they got there, as they did for years when Saddam Hussein was in power, they kept guaranteeing the imperialist MNCs’ property and the plundering of the oil from the Iraqi nation, also keeping for their part a slice of the business.
Thus, this bourgeois sector recovered a portion of the businesses lost after the 2003 war, when Saddam Hussein and his officers’ caste run away from the US invasion. But, once they had controlled the masses and established their “caliphate”, they wanted more. They went to recover the businesses that in 2003 had fallen into the Kurdish, Christian and Yazidi bourgeois’ hands. They started to occupy the oil fields, refineries and dams. They so much advanced that they got to besiege the capital of the Kurdish area. What imperialist media shows as “Jihadist defeating Iraqi and Kurdish armies and then imposing terrible dictatorships to the masses” is actually a bunch of national bourgeois servants of imperialism that logically want to smashing the masses and recovering their businesses. Imperialism gave back this bourgeoisie their businesses and marked a clear border: the “Sunnite triangle” of Iraq (Anbar province) and the areas freed from Assad in Northern Syria, where they had to end smashing the mass insurgency. The imperialistic bombings are to show which part of the territory belongs to them and where they cannot pass through.
US imperialistic plan of dividing Iraq with “regional authonomies” and a government of “national unity” of its protectorate
As we said in a previous article, Nur-al-Maliki and Obama’s Army dissolved when it tried to repress the masses’ uprising in Fallujah and Mosul. Those actions set at the top of the agenda a new revolutionary process, like those in Syria or Libya, which was aborted by the IS. This organization contained the masses’ fight before it reached Bagdad and gave USA time to organize a new government of “national unity” with all bourgeois fractions within it.
So, the imperialist plan is based on smashing and controlling insurrections organized by the masses, leaving for each bourgeoisie the controlling a part of the territory, market and business in Iraq. Then the northern zones would be for the Kurdish bourgeoisie, northeast and center for the Sunnite one and the southern region for the Shiite one.
They are three lackey fractions that imperialism needs to control and discipline within a “national unity” government of its protectorate. No bourgeois sector can move over its own area of businesses. Besides, in those areas they must guarantee the imperialist oil companies enough oil plundering.
Imperialism, with its counterrevolution, does not have any problem about reconfiguring the national borders drawn after World War II through the Yalta and Potsdam treaties between USA, England and the Stalinist USSR bureaucracy. If Iraq were divided with a federated government, under US command, including Northern Syria it would be a great business for imperialism, because smashing the rebel areas in northern Syria –where Bashar was defeated- through the Islamic State, imperialism has got a big part of the country hand in hand with the Saudi bourgeoisie. This is the plan. Counterrevolution moves forward dislocating and “Lebanonizing” the regional post-war markets.
A “caliphate” –like the one settled by the Islamic State in central and Northeast Iraq and the North of Syria- or an “emirate” (which means “principality”) is like a kingdom. No one can say that United Arab Emirates is not a colony of the imperialist gangsters, as well as the kingdom of Saudi Arabia… there we can see the most brutal bonapartist regimes against the masses.
Further on we will see how the entire world “left” is screaming because US “does not beat harder the beasts” of the “Caliphate”. Why don’t they demand that US also beat harder Saudi Arab or the UAE, where there are regimes as counterrevolutionary, Bonapartist and cruel –or worse- as the Islamic State and its Caliphate? It looks as if the stupid reformists of the so called “left” are completely dumb, as they cannot distinguish the “caliphates”, “emirates” and “kingdoms” of old from the present imperialist colonies and protectorates.
USA needs to impose in a divided Iraq and equally divided Syria, a government of the three bourgeois fractions that administer its businesses in the region. That’s why, after almost one month of negotiations, and after having named a representative of the Kurdish bourgeoisie as the speaker of the parliament, finally all the sectors of the Shiite bourgeoisie have agreed in Abadi as the new Prime Minister. This individual, supported by all the Shiite sectors (from former PM Maliki to the highest Iraqi Ayatollah, al-Sistani) and also the USA, is pictured as “moderate” so that he can conform a new cabinet where all the sectors of the Iraqi bourgeoisie are represented (Sunni included), which will be the next step to advance in a “national unity government”.
The plan of the Pentagon for dominating the “barbarian peoples”: dividing the tribes so that the latter murder each other; then the oil will be left completely in the hands of the imperialist powers.
As the Pentagon’s military theory runs, after its defeats in Vietnam and Iraq: the fatal error by General Custer (in the 19th century, NT) when he waged war against the Indians during the conquer of the US West was fighting all the aboriginal tribes at the same time; the latter ended united in a single Indian army and defeated Custer’s, also killing him. In the Pentagon’s thinking, Custer should have made all the tribes fight each other; when they had been decimated, then he should have colonized the land without any obstacle. That’s Obama’s plan. He even applies the term “tribes” for calling the powerful Iraqi and Middle East working class, and the religious political parties that summarize altogether the Islamic bourgeoisie, which manipulates all the time those exploited classes. The use of these words (“tribes”, “sectarian feuds”, etc. NT) serves the end of giving the US intervention to favor the vicious plundering of the region by the oil MNCs a character of “war waged by civilization against barbarian peoples”.
It is no wonder that Obama’s talkative parrots of the social-imperialist left are speaking aloud about and regretting the "sectarian strife of the tribes of the Maghreb and Middle East". This vulgar and reformist politics do not withstand the scientific rigor of Marxism, that defines the historical processes by the struggle of classes and sections of them.
Comparing the forager tribes of the American West with the working class of the countries where the largest oil companies of the world are settled, those which pull out the oil resources that drive a 70% of the world economy, is a stupidity that only a cynical agent of Wall Street dares to repeat.
The appearance in a video of a journalist slain by a so-called “English jihadist” belonging to the Islamic State with his face well covered by a balaclava is reminiscent of the sinister plan of Bush and Cheney of letting the twin towers be blown up to fabricate an excuse for attacking Afghanistan and Iraq; meanwhile they blamed Bin Laden, though George Bush Sr. had been a member of Bin Laden's father ring in the affairs of Saudi Arabia. It is time to put an end to the myths and the novels of imperialism and the servile left that cleans the floors of Wall Street. Those British or Belgian "jihadists" of the Islamic State are "Al - QaCIA". No more lies!
The news has been recently released that 50 men of the American "Green Berets" and the British SAS are operating in northern Iraq. Nobody can believe they are there, as in Hollywood movies or legends, to perform "specialized military operations behind the enemy lines ". We have already seen that movie. The imperialist press calls these people "military advisers". Let's talk about clear. This "advice" is discussing with the Islamic State the business this fraction will be let to possess, the reach of the limits of its territorial control and how its leaders could join the Government of national unity that is in the works in Baghdad. With this bourgeoisie imperialism is even discussing how, once re-established the control of the masses, the Islamic State crushes its very social basis.
The silence of Bashar al - Assad, Putin, Hezbollah and the Iranian Ayatollahs
US imperialism bombs falling over Iraq today show that the genocide performed by Assad in Syria was on account of all the imperialist powers, because if USA today is involved in Iraq to "prevent genocide", why did it not intervene in Syria where an extended one did take place? Just US imperialism did not because, far from prevent a genocide, it supported, allowed and commanded Bashar al - Assad to carry it forward, to drown the Syrian revolution in a bloodbath. In this case, US rulers used another of their agents, supported by the bloody Iranian Republican Guard.
Imperialism used this agent to slaughter a revolution, in the same way that in Iraq it used Nur-al-Maliki and his army to bomb Fallujah, Tikrit, and all the cities where the masses were insurrecting. Besides, as we have already said, it instructed Hezbollah and the troops under the command of the Iranian Ayatollahs to reinforce the Syrian and Iraqi armies for those massacres against the rebel masses.
This is the Shiite bourgeoisie which is also carrying on the "dirty work" for Obama as an agent of imperialism -which it is. The bombing of precise targets by imperialism also shows that Assad, Putin, Hezbollah and the Iranian Ayatollahs are not at all anti-imperialists, but rather other kin of servants of Obama playing a different role to suppress the revolutions. That’s why today, faced with this fact, they are quiet and guard a deep silence.
Imperialism seeks to recover its fire power
US bombings of today also serve it to dress in "democratic" and "humanitarian", making a progress in conquering the conditions to recover fire power and be able to go to new adventures of invasion and direct military intervention there where it needs to. If today imperialism shoots the Islamic State, because "they are terrorists", to "save innocent civilians", in fact that means a warning to the masses in the region (especially those in Libya) that it is preparing to do them the same tomorrow, after the calumny of all the imperialist press and the World Social Forum about "backward barbarian peoples and terrorist religious tribes".
In spite of the turn-off in the Tunisian revolution, the settlement of the military dictatorship in Egypt and the genocide in Syria, imperialism could not settle the counterrevolution in the region. The 500,000 dead in Syria and leaving more than 10million Syrian exploited in the refugee camps in the borders in the desert was not enough to stop the shock waves of a revolution that began in Tunisia in 2011 and now threatens to reach Jerusalem. Iraqi starving masses -fed up with the US protectorate government- arose with a string of insurrections, liberating some cities. The Libyan masses were not handing out their weapons, defeating Heftiar’s coup and, with the oil strike, putting in question who was the owner of the oil. The Palestinian masses did not recognize nor will recognize the State of Israel and are still struggling to expel the invader.
Imperialism knows that it needs to impose counter-revolutionary crushing of the masses that can change the balance of power in its favor. It’s clear that imperialism now needs to recover its direct fire power (i.e., it needs to intervene directly, not only through its proxies as it had to do because of the Vietnam-Iraqi syndrome, NT). This was what it tried to do with Zionism. But in doing so, the world's masses rose, mainly the proletariat of the imperialist countries. To the cry of "Obama is funding the terrorist massacre of Zionism", the American working class is beginning to confront the imperialist beast from the inside.
This has been so far the boundary that limits US imperialism to intervene militarily in the world. This should be done by its proxies. When the agent was quickly identified with its imperialist master, as it happened with the State of Israel, the hundreds of thousands gaining streets in the entire United States was evidence that even the American working class is preventing US imperialism from regaining power of fire. They were the actions of the exploited of the core countries, together with the heroic resistance of the Palestinian masses, which is slowing down a total extermination offensive by Zionism (as this had prepared for Gaza).
Therefore there where U.S. intervenes - as in Iraq - only it can do under the banner of "democracy" against "terrorist and ruthless" Islamic State, and still should take care of and move very precisely in its actions. A wrong step could flare up the beginning of revolution in the United States. The proletariat of the core countries, with their marches, show the way to stop the genocide and the imperialist offensive in the world, winning the streets to the cry "Obama funds the Zionism massacres in Gaza," and "the enemy is at home!” This is the best way to fight alongside the exploited of the semi-colonial world!
On the contrary, the imperialist countries’ masses’ leaderships have been devoted to campaigning on the exploited masses of the semi-colonial world being "backward tribes", "barbarians", "ultra-religious zealots" and "terrorists"; that paves imperialism the way to regain power of fire and legitimate any action against the exploited’s uprisings in the Maghreb and the Middle East.
The French NPA, composed of the old Mandelite LCR and small minor groups of former Lambertites and sustained by the Argentinean PTS from inside, complains that Obama has not intervened more violently in Iraq to "defend democracy"
Today we see the French NPA straightforwardly multiply this campaign to support the bombing of semi-colonial peoples by imperialism. Tuesday, August 12 they have released a statement entitled "Solidarity with the Iraqi people" where they proclaim themselves "in solidarity" with "the massacre by the Islamic State". In this statement the NPA stressed that the problem now facing Iraq is 'terrorism' and openly declared that "they work in solidarity with all democratic forces" that are resisting that terrorism, calling on to supplying weapons to those organizations and specifically to France and the EU to bring "help to the two million displaced persons and open their borders so those fleeing the massacres can enter ".
The NPA calls openly to "confront terrorism" in Iraq (as all the imperialist powers say that must be done now and as Bush Jr. did in 2003) saying that this terrorism comes from the Islamic State. NPA is covering the imperialists as 'democratic', calls to support them, provide them with weapons and asks them to give more humanitarian aid. It does so in a time in which imperialism is bombing cities and, along with France and England, they use the excuse of bringing "humanitarian aid" to justify their invasion and ensure the looting of the Iraq oil.
I.e., we are facing an American bombardment in which the NPA is placed openly on the side of imperialism, justifying, supporting, and actively hailing their counterrevolutionary activities, generating conditions so that imperialism can regain full power of fire against the downtrodden peoples of the region, as if it were not the same imperialism the guarantor in Iraq of all counter-revolutionary actions of its bourgeois fractions. Not they can end the genocides, wars and massacres if the exploited do not eject the imperialism and its oil companies from the entire Maghreb and Middle East.
The NPA wants to pass imperialism as “democratic” and the Islamic State as an independent terrorist organization, when the own imperialism is the only terrorist, which has invaded Iraq both in 1991 and 2003, leaving millions of dead, taking away the riches of this country with its oil, leaving the masses in poverty and famine.
US imperialism is what has armed to the teeth, formed, trained and commanded the Iraqi army for it to bombard and repress the exploited masses. It is US with its CIA, which has armed and sent the Islamic State to control the insurrectionary process of the masses to then be imposed across them with a brutal dictatorship. It is USA, which finances and arms Zionism so it massacres the Palestinian masses. It was the imperialist powers that supported Assad to do his "dirty work" of drowning the Syrian revolution in a blood bath, by imposing genocide on more than 500,000 men, women and children. Imperialism IS terrorism!
English SWP to the control of "philanthropic" NGOs in sympathy with the poor
This group -which long ago has nothing to do with Trotskyism nor is interested in having to-, is characterized by its "sympathy with the poor punished peoples of the Third World". They seem more English philanthropist middle classes than Socialists, as they claim to be. While the Anglo-American was massacring Marikana workers, those so-called “socialist” only managed to send a couple of blankets for the fundraising of a strike that lasted 5 months, the biggest and most heroic strike in years of the world proletariat. They never called the English proletariat to rise up against the enemy who was in its own house.
As only with a victory of the Marikana workers strike the conditions would improve for a fight of the English proletariat against the Government of the Tories, Labor and the Queen. In the case of Iraq, the English SWP calls for humanitarian aid through “genuine humanitarian organizations", instead of the bombings, since the latter "will only contribute more to the destabilization of Iraq", because they would generate "sectarian tendencies". If further clarification were needed, they more than ever have evidenced being on the side of its imperialist bourgeoisie, this time advising it how to impose a "stable Iraq" where the oil companies could plunder without any insurrection of the masses that would challenge their property.
We must speak out. The Royal Navy advance and SWP proclaims peace, builds NGOs carrying "help to the barbarian peoples"... for better to control them. That is the truth and the cruelty of this English social-imperialist current; we see it acting not only in Iraq, but also in Africa and among the martyred Palestinian. It has come the time to put things in their proper place among the world left.
But all these trends, they being WSF members, agree on one point: that there is an unstable situation in Iraq that must be resolved and the imperialism has been unable to do otherwise. Some ask it to do so directly. Others advise the imperialists how best to do it.
Others, such as the PTS of Argentina, say that USA cannot guarantee stability because "it is in decline". Then, "that chaos goes on"... Its program is Nero’s... playing the cithara when they are slaughtering the masses. It’s incredible, though it’s true. For the PTS nothing can be done. For them class struggle no longer exists. It is because, as they said already about Libya and Syria, "everything has been militarized".
Though everyone, absolutely everyone, legitimize that imperialism can carry out its actions, since "Iraq is unstable, barbarian and swarming with terrorist groups" and therefore U.S., the "democratic imperialism", should act. And if America is "too weak" and "so decadent", someone should help him. Who is always ready? One of the largest manufacturers of high military technology: the French imperialism, which comes from testing its weapons by raiding and slaughtering in Mali, and now is announcing that will send weapons to imperialism’s “Ghurka” Kurdish troops (Peshmerga) in Iraq.
The entire WSF wants to hide the proxy actions of imperialism through its agents
All currents of the WSF seek to hide from the world working class the reality of what is happening in Iraq. First and foremost they hide the struggle of the Iraqi masses, calling them "barbaric backward tribes", and putting a sign equal between the insurrections against the US protectorate and the Islamic State, agent of imperialism.
Secondly, they hide the real regime that exists in Iraq. WE must remember that USA, after the 2003 invasion, leaving more than one million deaths, imposed a protectorate regime. As "interim Government", chosen only by Bush's decision, US imperialism named a puppet of his as Prime Minister: the Shiite Allawy, a well known CIA agent.
Then, in 2005, US went to the imposition of a "constituent Assembly" where the majority of the population did not vote for and called to boycott it, since the election was organized and carried on under the “advise” and guaranteed by the American occupation forces still present there, and which were just coming from slaughtering in and ground razing Fallujah. It was a Constitution drafted by U.S. and imposed by invading forces, which resulted in fake elections in 2006 where Maliki's Shiite fraction assumed government, agreeing to share business with the two factions of the Kurdish bourgeoisie (whose leaders assumed respectively the posts of decorative president and "speaker of the Parliament"). This Government was re-elected in 2010 and continued with a few minor changes until today.
The whole world left supports a "Iraqi constituent Assembly" guaranteed by 150,000 US marines and in which election did not vote more than 5% of the population to legitimize a protectorate Government and an army of mercenaries financed directly by Wall Street and the City of London, with a trifle amount from the fabulous oil revenues looted from Iraq and throughout the Middle East and the Maghreb.
So USA imposed an Iraqi Government tailored for its designs and dressed as 'democratic', at the same time that formed, trained and commanded a new Ghurka official army. This is the army that is now acting in Iraq, along with the bourgeois Shiite paramilitary bands, which are in charge of suppressing the masses before the total withdrawal of the US invading troops, forced to leave by the struggle of the masses, especially those at home.
After 2003 US imperialism imposed in Iraq a colonial regime for the direct plundering of oil and then formed institutions purposefully to do so, with the Shiite bourgeoisie being its direct agent. The WSF currents disguise them s "democratic" institutions, and picture the different factions of the Shiite bourgeoisie as confronting US, when from the beginning they were its direct agent, and presently they prove to be so more than ever.
The reformist left today is reporting only the Islamic State as "terrorist", as if it had not been commanded and armed by the US. Its maximum leader, "caliph" Abu Baker al - Baghdadi, was a member of the Group of Bin Laden armed by the CIA in the 1980s. He stayed four years imprisoned in the USA and was then released without any impediment, while tens and hundreds of exploited anti-imperialist fighters are still imprisoned and tortured in the prisons of Guantanamo Bay, not to name all those who are in secret prisons of the CIA (the largest terrorist organization in the world, what is certainly silenced by the WSF).
For the WSF currents, US imperialism is facing the Islamic State, which responds to the command of Saudi Arabia King... an absurdity. So you say then that the King of Saudi Arabia has become anti-imperialist, when historically it was always a guarantor of the looting of oil in the whole Middle East - first of all, in his own country-, and the pulse did not tremble him when imperialism sent him to invade Bahrain to crush the masses that were insurrected since March 2011?
Once more two clear and confronting trenches are shown in the Maghreb and Middle East
There in the Maghreb and the Middle East we see that imperialism is in a trench using and disciplining all of its agents centralized from Geneva II to defeat the revolutionary processes. The WSF supports those imperialist agents, at every step.
In another trench, there are the revolutionary masses, which today in Iraq have been under the boot of the Sunni bourgeoisie in the North and the Shiite one in the South. Here we are Trotskyists who fight for re-founding the IV International, struggling to return to the course of the revolution of the 2011, recovering weapons and driving out all agents of imperialism that control the masses where they stood up.
Therefore we proclaim:
For the defeat of US, European and Japanese imperialism in the entire Maghreb and Middle East! For the expropriation without compensation and under the control of the workers of all the oil imperialist companies, especially the oil and gas ones, that loot the North and South of Iraq and the entire region, to thus be able to conquer the demands of the oppressed for bread, work for all with a living wage, quality housing, health and free education, etc.!
Down with the regime of the US protectorate in Iraq and its puppet Parliament! For the military defeat of the Iraqi army that is under the command of NATO and supported on the bayonets of the Iranian Republican Guard!
Down with any agreement for a national unity Government and the vicious sharing of Iraq businesses among the Sunni, Shiite and Kurdish bourgeoisies! Out with the Islamic State and the Sunni bourgeoisie from the areas which the masses have already liberated!
Open the way to the insurrected masses of Fallujah and Mosul. A single working class (whether in Sunni North or Shiite South) to confront the imperialist oil companies!
They must once again to stand up the shoras (as those of the Iranian revolution of the ' 80s), i.e., committees of workers and soldiers armed with direct democracy, which unified the whole of the masses in struggle and centralize the resolution of all the problems of the working masses. For workers militias to defend the toiling masses of the constant stalking of the Iraqi army. That all forces claiming to speak on behalf of the anti-imperialist struggle of the masses put their weapons at the disposal of the masses in struggle and their organizations of combat!
For a National Congress of delegates of the militias of exploited insurrectionists, of workers in establishments in the cities and fields throughout Iraq (North and South), in order to centralize the fight for throwing down the regime and expropriating without compensation and under workers control the imperialist firms and bankers.
For the election of an Iraqi democratic and sovereign, National Assembly of one delegate per 10,000 inhabitants, whose first decision should be to break all economic, political and military agreements that bind Iraq to imperialism as a colony.
A National Assembly to give rights to self-determination for national minorities, respecting their culture and their language!
For a worker and peasant Government based on the organizations of the rebellious exploited masses!
These extreme democratic demands only can be guaranteed and carried until the end by the Iraqi proletariat, heading the exploited of the oppressed nation.
Any revolutionary struggle of the working class and the oppressed of Iraq pose the iron unity with the Iranian workers and peasants. The fight against the Government of the US protectorate in Iraq is inseparable from the struggle against the people-starving regime and Government of the Iranian Ayatollahs, the counter-revolutionary Shiite guardian of the properties of imperialism in the region. Yesterday, when the glorious Iranian revolution that overthrew Shah Reza Pahlavi unfolded in the ' 80s, US and French imperialism filled it with workers’ blood. First, with the Ayatollahs expropriating it and massacring councils of workers and soldiers (the shoras); and then imposing a fierce fratricidal war between Iraq and Iran which lasted 8 years and caused millions of deaths.
The unity of the working class of Iraq and Iran who are exploited by the same oil companies that loot the entire region, will be the advanced detachment to stop the disaster that the oppressed peoples of the Maghreb and the Middle East are already suffering.
Conquering national independence and putting an end to the plundering of the peoples of the Middle East by imperialism must not be left in the hands of any of the variants of the native bourgeoisie (be they Shiites, Sunnis, Alawites, Christian, Kurdish, etc.). They have already proved to be proxy agents under the orders of imperialism and executioners of their own people.
A single revolution in across North Africa and the Middle East!
For the destruction of the Zionist-fascist State of Israel! Down with the plan of the "two States" in Palestine!
Let's resume the weapons for the Syrian resistance and go to Damascus to crush Al - Assad, supported by Putin, the hit-man of imperialism! It is necessary to break the control of the revolutionary masses of Syria imposed by the bourgeoisie of the Saudi, Qatari and Turkish governments! Out with FSA, Jabhat al - Nusra, and the 'Islamic State' from the liberated areas!
Out with the dictatorship of Al - Sisi in Egypt, supportive of Zionism, guarantor of the Camp David Pact! Let’s go again the revolutionary masses to Tahrir Square!
Down with the Government of "National Salvation" in Tunisia and the parliamentarian deviations of the WSF!
Out with Heftiar and the new Libyan Parliament! For a revolutionary provisional Government of rebel brigades and worker organizations!
For the Socialist United States of North Africa and Middle East!
The best ally of the Iraqi masses is the proletariat of the central countries. It is what we have seen when they won the streets of USA against Obama in support to the Palestinian masses, removing firepower to Zionism. Let's deepen that way! The enemy is at home! That the spark of Athens returns to ignite the revolution against imperialist Europe! Out with Obama and the regime of the Republicrats, who are the true leaders of Zionism, the Shiite and Kurdish bourgeoisie and of the Islamic State itself!
Let’s again to foot the March of a million workers against the war!
Long live the marches against Obama and Zionism and the calls to block ships with cargoes to the Zionist State of Israel! The port of Oakland should get to paralyze all the ports of the West Coast! Let's stop and expropriate the shipments of oil from the Halliburton, Exxon and all the imperialist oil companies that are looting Iraq! Let's go against Obama that commands the counter-revolution, through his agents, in Iraq and throughout the Maghreb and Middle East!
The "outraged" have to return to hedge Wall Street, that 1% of parasites that have this planet become a dirty prison!
Abu Muhajer
