In the months of May, June, July and August the Kiev government (Western Ukraine), on behalf of NATO and IMF, led against the rebel región of Donbas, which workers faced the IMF plans, massive bombings with the ones it slaughtered 5.000 exploited. With this counterrevolutionary offensive, they blazed thousands of houses and buildings; destroyed the entire infrastructure of the región. Forcing 10.000 habitants to move to other zones.
A huge feeling against the IMF and EU had started to flourishing the heroic masses of Donbas that saw they workplaces lost and the privatization and closing of each one of the mines of the region. That way they started to fight, facing the attacks that were launched by the Kiev government applying the imperialism plans.

The imperialism set up quickly the counterrevolutionary agreement of Obama-Merkel-Putin-Poroshenko that has as objective crush and slaughter the Donbas exploited. For the imperialism and their agents, defeating Donbas is of vital importance, since as we will see forward, the plans of attack toward the whole of the exploiteds of Ukraine had started, and none of them will be able to impose with a fighting and armed Donbas. So many hatred, slaughter and suffering of the Ukraine Donbas masses, so much deceive and disarming attempts can only be understood from this standpoint.
Nevertheless, the bloody slaughter against the upraised Ukraine region, couldn’t defeat the heroic resistance of masses that –isolated, slandered and silenced by the entire reformist left at worldwide level- with their militias and its fierce demonstration of delivery and sacrifice started to break the base of the Kiev Army, whose rank and file soldiers rose their own “Comities”, denied to repress and passed to fight alongside their brothers of Donbass; and this happened in times when stripes of russian soldiers went for the same path.
In the “Popular Republic” of Lugansk, the workers of the public company Luganskugleremont, that manufactured mining equipment, took control of the production and expelled the former administration of the factory, which drove the factory to the ruin and stopped to pay the workers.

That was how, by establishing a dual power, antagonic with the Kiev bourgeoisie, and attacking the capitalist property, Donbas masses, the vanguard of the European and world working class, go back to the steps of the WORKERS AND SOLDIERS COUNCILS of the OCTOBER REVOLUTION of 1917.
That’s why, loyal to its survival instinct, the bourgeoisie, knowing the torments that were going to fall upon them in their war against the exploited, retired the majority of their troops and established a change in its politic against the mining workers, exploited and rank-and-file soldiers of Kiev that fought in support of the Eastern masses: this time the extermination would come for lack of supply and starvation, that is what it is about the actual moment. In this way, imposing brutal suffering, they seek to break the will of the exploited of the region that are carrying forward the most heroic anti-imperialist resistance of masses, and facing the IMF, NATO, UE and European Bank plans that seek to recolonize Ukraine, teeing it with double and triple chains to the imperialist domain.
Today, the Donbass is suffering a criminal fence, as they suffered –and still suffer- the upraised masses of Homs in Syria. Since months ago the more than five million habitants of the East region of Ukraine –Donetsk, Lugansk, Sloviansk- suffer of lack of energy, water, food and work. The infrastructure is destroyed, the economy at the edge of collapse, and the majority of schools, hospitals and social institutions has been closed. Today eleven thousand families are without gas and officially it isn’t estimable the number of people in the region that have no calefaction and hot water in the middle of a winter that reaches the 30º under cero.
The banks are closed, the credit cards don’t work. The little that is there to buy in the stores, if one gets money, is at unreachable prices. Almost 100.000 mining workers has lost its workplaces with the closing of 64 of the 104 mines that operated in the region. And in the ones that are still working, the wage delay reaches the 6 months. The workers and mining workers retired aren’t receiving the free domestic fuel to which they have right by law. THE LAW IN UKRAINE DONBASS HAS BEEN TRANSFORMATED BY THE IMPERIALIST PIRATES IN A TRUE HELL TO THE EXPLOITED MASSES.
Nevertheless, the Donbas masses in the worst conditions don’t surrender and continue their fierce fight. The Donbas has become a true capital of the revolution, silenced by the “great trade unionists” of the world left that don’t recognize the most advanced process of the class fight at worldwide level. A revolutionary process that sharpens, with the workers and soldiers commities that are setting the path for the entire working class, and particularly the European working class that is being pushed to the worst sufferings, of how to face the attacks of the starver governments, of the IMF and imperialist Maastricht. That’s why so many hatred and counterrevolutionary concentration of strengths has risen against the Donbas mining workers.

As part of isolating the masses, Kiev government refuses to buy the carbon produced in the Donbass region, since it is under the control of the rebel mining workers. From Donbass it is covered the 38% of the carbon needs of Ukraine. This carbon feeds the thermal energy, that generates almost half the electricity of the country.
So much they desire to defeat the mining workers, that the Poroshenko government doesn’t even fear to risk the energetic system of Ukraine  and the industrial device; matter that could turn to the loss of thousands of workplaces. At the same time they use this to blame the Donbass masses by the luck
The offensive over the mining proletariat is total. That’s why in Pavlograd, in the region of Dnepropetrovskque that limits with Donetsk, announce the closure of 32 carbon mines, the privatization of other 37 while only 24 will remain under state property. Nevertheless, facing this, the Pavlograd mining workers have declared “If they close my mine, I will walk toward Kiev and personally cut the throat to the responsible. And I think I won’t be alone. There are many more. I think that any mining worker of any Ukraine mine would do the same. And if it asks for help, he will count with everyone else”.
The cepoy Putin, that a stripe of the reformist left wanted to sell it as a supposed “anti-imperialist”, has used from a start –as we already stated- the blood of the Eastern martyrized masses as exchange in their bairganing with the imperialism. Has offered from Russia the sale of the carbon and electricity to Kiev “with no need of paying from before and at the price applied in the inner Russian market, very lower to the one that is currently aplyed to the Ukraine territory”.
The Russian bourgeoisie, rosen from the bowels of the Russian CP and the Stalinist bureaucracy, has school in how to divide and betray the exploited fight. In the ‘80s decade (XX Century), in the middle of a heroic strike of the England mining workers, against the Margaret Thatcher government, the Stalinist bureaucracy from Poland sold carbon to the imperialist pirates of England.
It surprises no one the “attitude” of Putin (The politicians of the reformist left will have to explain why they presented him as friend of the masses, when it is actually its foe), since as all the sepoy bourgeoisie, it is more afraid of the mobilization and revolutionary fight of the masses that to the same imperialism with the one it is linked by thousands of businesses and political, economic and military agreements.

Knows that while advancing the fight of the exploited of Donbass it puts in question also the huge bargainings of the Russian oligarchie in the region.
That’s why the same Putin, that some time “cackle” because of the imperialist offensive in Ukraine that round him up in Crimea, retired all the Russian troops from the fronteers of Ukraine Donbass, since the same rank-and-file soldiers (sons of workers and peasants under weapon, that follow the example of their brothers of Kiev) passed to fight alongside the masses against the offensive of the Poroshenko army and the fascist gangs.
The hitman Putin has his life in defeating the Donbass mining workers and its heroic fight: he fears nothing else than to that this huge revolutionary fight converge with the hatred of the Russian working class that is faced with equal or worse sufferings that their Ukraine brothers, supporting an inflation of more than 50% that in three weeks has reduced to half all the worker wages.
The deeds that we mention show that, beyond the blabbing and demagogy of Putin, this has set its trench with the bourgeoisie and the imperialism –from the whom it is nothing else that a hitman and its gerent- and against the Donbass mining workers. The imperialism is drawing to the last drop of juice to its counterrevolutionary offensive, and when it can draw him no more use, it will discard him as squeezed lemon.

IMF, World Bank, UE and Yankee imperialism advance in their attempts to turn Ukraine in a Yankee colony to use it as support point to fence Russia

Ukraine is being turned in a Yankee colony, with the puppet government of Poroshenko and its fake Rada Suprema –product of a completely ilegitimal polls, boycotteated by the Donbass masses (see box) –who apply rigorously all the plans of Obama, the IMF and WB.
In Monday 29 of December of 2014 was approved in the High Rada (Parliament) of Kiev the budget for 2015 in accordance with the conditions imposed by the IMF, with a deficit of 3,7 of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This will be translating in harsh attacks to the whole Ukraine masses.
This new attack was approved by 233 votes (It was needed a minimum of 226 votes) after debates and consults that went for more than 12 hours, amidst street protests against the president Petro Poroshenko and the High Rada.
Nevertheless, despite this, the IMF conditioned its “programme of assistance to Ukraine” to the control that the Government must exercise to the industrial regions of the east of the country, stubborn against the Kiev power. If the government loses the effective control over the East of the country, the programme will be reviewed, warned the IMF. That is, no business of the imperialism is guaranteed in Ukraine if before they don’t defeat the heroic Donbas masses.
Ukraine with this budget shortens a thousand million dollars from the social sector, because of which hundreds of schools of the rural region will be closed and thousands of teachers will be fired. With this they seek to banish the last conquests that the masses still have from the worker state prior the capitalist restoration.
The country will assign 90 thousand million Grivnas (UAH) (5,7 thousand million dollars) to its national defense and will double the military personnel quantity. 11th of December of 2014 was approved an action plan for the next five years, considering that the 5% of the year GDP of the country will be channeled in the national defense. The plan integrates the intention of Ukraine to be a part of NATO and modernize its armed forces to the military standards of the Atlantic Alliance (NATO) at the latest in the year 2020. “We are operating under the supposed that Ukraine will become a military state”, pointed Dmytro Shimkiv, Joint Chief of the presidential administration of Ukraine.
The reform programme previews an increase of the military funding of 1% of the GDP in 2014 to the 5% in 2020. The reforms also preview an increase of the military in Ukraine from 2,8 to 7 persons for each 1.000 inhabitants.
The Ukraine Defense ministry announced also a fourth wave of military mobilization that will include a levy of other 40.000 recruits, 10.500 of them by contract. In total, the Armed Forces will count in the next year 250.000 soldiers, when in 2013 this number was of 130.000, adding the modern equipment suministred by the imperialist powers. System of a Dawn, the Ukraine army is conformed of NATO clash troops to be used against the Ukraine masses, and if the imperialism sees it necessary, even in their offensive for Russia.
Ukraine is truly strangled by the external debt, by the WB, IMF and European Bank.
The industrial production has fallen a 10%. The Grivna (national coin) has devaluated in a 50% and the inflation rises to the 20%. Already the Kiev government has declared not to have any money to pay the external debt. The central bank used the reservoirs to defend the price of the Grivna and in months the foreign exchange went from 18.000 million dollars to 12.000 million dollars.
According to the Credit Suisse bank, Ukraine suffers the highest inequality in the wealth distribution of the entire world. But the Ukraine workers aren’t also the worst paid in Europe, they are also the ones who work in the worse conditions. The official workers death rate in Europe is one for each thousand worker that suffer an accident (1:1000), while in Ukraine it is one for each 15 (1:15). The most dangerous work is in the mining sector, where in 2008 already died 3 workers for each million tons extracted (being 1.88 in Russia and 1.96 in China) and this figure has sadly risen by the des-investment, the infernal production rates, the lack of manteinance and the worsening work conditions, as the multiplication of the illegal mines. In the same way, the wage is composed from a 60% of extra time, which is only paid if the mine exceeds the amount estimated for the monthly extraction.
These terrible conditions push thousands of Ukraine workers to emigrate, leaving behind their houses and their family to work as slaves in the imperialist Europe of Maastricht.

The dispute of imperialism to semi-colonize Russia deepens

USA has stepped on Ukraine and has taken away from Putin the control over this country. Ukraine is a fundamental piece in the open dispute to semi-colonize Russia. As we said in the recently published book 2013-2014 Syria under fire: “The victorious imperialist powers (of the commercial war, editor’s note) need to remove the intermediaries in the looting of the Russian riches, its gas and oil, and the exploitation of the Chinese labor.
The Atlantic and Pacific treaties are pacts of the imperialist powers to fence those countries and finish colonizing them. Their servants Putin and the red businessmen from the Chinese CP blackmail to continue being partners in the looting of their countries. The attempt of the NATO and the EU to reach the Russian borders and the militarization of Japan announce this inexorable process” (Carlos Munzer, Abu Muad, Abu al Baraa; 2014).
Imperialism is enclosing Russia politically, economically and militarily. Ukraine is a decisive step in this road. Obama from the Kiev puppet government now controls all the pipelines leading the Russian gas to Europe that pass through Ukraine. The NATO has reached, when stepping on Ukraine, the Russian borders. To enforce the entry of Ukraine in the NATO not only will they need to crush the exploited from the entire nation, starting with the Donbass, but also they will have to expel Russia and its military base in Crimea (given that they do not acknowledge the annexation of this peninsula to Russia), since those that have in their own territory a non-aligned country such as Russia, can’t enter the NATO.
As a part of the fence to Russia, imperialism, through its banks, have blocked the accounts of the magnates and the Russian establishment making clear once again how all the Russian businesses are tied to the imperialist banks such as Citibank (the largest bank in Russia) and the Bundesbank.
This situation proves that imperialism is advancing in the way to semi-colonize Russia, and the US imperialism is leading. As we defined in our statement from June 2014: “USA –as the Europe usurer– and the European imperialist powers in bankruptcy avidly need new businesses. This means giving a twist in the looting of Eastern Europe, and prepare the conditions, even with the huge weight that the German, French, North American financial capital have in Russia, to subdue Russia as well in the next period under conditions of semi-colonization”.

THE MASSES FROM WESTERN UKRAINE WIN THE STREETS AGAIN AGAINST THE ATTACK, WHILE THE DONBASS DOESN'T SURRENDER
THEY SHOW THE WAY TO THE WORLD PROLETARIAT OF HOW TO STOP THE ADJUSTEMENTS OF THE STARVER GOVERNMENTS!

The treacherous leaderships of the World Social Forum divided the Ukrainian masses. Some subdued them to the alleged "democratic revolution", making them kneel to Poroshenko. And others did the same before the Eastern Ukraine bourgeoisie and the butcher Putin.
However in the Western Ukraine the whip of the capital pushes the masses to fight and once more, for the same demands and facing the same enemies, it is posed the unity of the entire Ukrainian working class.
On December 18th the transport workers began a strike for the payment of their salaries, which they haven't received for months; while the FTUU, federation of unions from the entire Ukraine prepared a general strike for this last December 23rd (2014), in view of the profound discomfort with the cuts, the unpaid salaries, layoffs, demanding a wage compensation for the increasing inflation. 
Moreover, in the city of Odessa itself, on December 10th there was an explosion in the center of fascist volunteers that after gathering supplies for some time was about to carry out "anti-terrorist" actions.
In the harbor plant in Odessa (main chemical plant of the region) the workers started a political strike against the murderous regime. The banners that the workers carried demanded the reinstatement of the fired workers and the end of the economic blockade against the popular republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. This is the way to defend the exploited from all Ukraine! In a great mobilization on December 14th, the workers claimed: "No to the blockade. Let us work with the Donbass. Let us work. Save our jobs. Out Kolomoysky (owner of the business group Privat, that is trying to privatize the company). 
Ukraine, as it was raised by Lenin for Russia in September 1917, has been led by the bourgeoisie to a real catastrophe. "We are nearing ruin with increasing speed. The war will not wait and is causing increasing dislocation in every sphere of national life. Yet the slightest attention and thought will suffice to satisfy anyone that the ways of combating catastrophe and famine are available, that the measures required to combat them are quite clear, simple, perfectly feasible, and fully within reach of the people’s forces, and that these measures are not being adopted only because, exclusively because, their implementation would affect the fabulous profits of a handful of landowners and capitalists..." (Lenin, The Impending Catastrophe and How to Combat It, 1917).
The working class is the only one that can give a solution to the Ukraine strangled and plundered by imperialism. Only breaking with the finance bourgeoisie from Kiev -that ties the working class to the EU and the IMF- and with the pro-Russian one from the east and the jackal Putin, the working class and the exploited will be able to conquer their demands for bread, salary, jobs, housing, education, expropriating the capitalists.
The Ukrainian proletariat is the only one that has a "national interest" that unites it in the entire territory of Ukraine (as so does with the entire European working class): defeat imperialism and the IMF. Expropriate the land of the new oligarchy of Monsanto, Cargill and their servants from Kiev to have cheap wheat and bread. And end with the hunger salaries of 300 dollars with which the bourgeoisie has subjected and is subjecting them to deepen a maquila Ukraine and use their labor as second class workers in all of Europe.
The workers from the East have to make a call to their brothers in the West that have the same demands, to fight together for a salary equal to the ones earned by the workers in Europe. We have to call to set up a Congress of the Kiev and Donbass workers with their armed militias, together with the committees of private soldiers that break with the counter-revolutionary officers from Kiev, to break with the bourgeoisie and finish with the magnates and oligarchs from Ukraine which are the managers of the IMF and of the imperialist Maastricht.
The weapons are not handed out! Long live the resistance of the workers from Lugansk, Donetsk and Eastern Ukraine! For committees of Donbass workers, the soldiers from Kiev and the Russian soldiers to face and defeat the fascist gangs and the Kiev army commanded by USA and the EU!
One single class, one single struggle from Kiev to Donbass. Enough of misery wages! 2500 Euros for everyone! Distribution of the working hours among all the free hands to have decent work for all!
Expropriation without compensation and under workers' control of all the factories, mines and banks! Expropriation without compensation of the rich lands of the west controlled by the Cargill, Monsanto and the Ukrainian agrarian oligarchy!

The demand of salary is what unifies the entire Ukrainian and Russian working class, and is the one that poses breaking with imperialism, as to ensure the decent salaries and working conditions of the masses that starve, it is needed to ignore the fraudulent foreign debt with the IMF, expel imperialism and the NATO and recover the dictatorship of the proletariat under revolutionary forms.
These demands are as well the same demands from the workers of western Europe as in Italy, Spain, Greece and the thousands of immigrants from eastern Europe that today face the attacks of the Maastricht governments. Greece and Ukraine are the weakest links in the chain of imperialist dominion in Europe and are the most advanced of the combat of the anti-imperialist masses  that resist the offensive of the attack plans of the European Maastricht and the IMF. In their combats they begin to fraternie as it is proven by the statements of the brave Greek youth or the soldier committees that claim: "Our victory is in the Donbass".
In our statement from June 2014 we affirmed: "As we see in the European crisis, there are too many imperialist powers. Greece, Italy, Portugal are in ruins. That place of imperialist power won't be occupied by 'the Great Russia'. The zones of influence of the semi-colonial world have already been distributed and handed out in the Second World War. What is the matter at hand today is how far the re-colonization of the European east, including the "Great Russia", reaches regarding the imperialist powers.
The Ukrainian issue has become a central problem for the European and world working class".
With the unity of the Ukrainian working class and their allies, the Russian workers, the Euro-Asian republics and the working class of the imperialist Europe and mainly together with the exploited from Greece, Ukraine will be a firm support for the workers from western and eastern Europe. On the contrary, under the command and control of the NATO, the IMF, Obama and Merkel, Ukraine will be transformed into a base for the counter-revolution against the European proletariat, and particularly the Russian. We are in time to defeat this counter-revolutionary plan!
The historical alternative of socialism or barbarism is red hot now more than ever: either the socialist revolution of workers and soldiers triumph, restoring the dictatorship of the proletariat under revolutionary forms, or the capitalist barbarism will charge against the exploited imposing new massacres and unprecedented hardships.
We affirm what we said in the book 2013-2014 Syria under fire: "The Syrian genocide and in the region, the fascist attacks against the heroic miners from the Donbass that resist defending their jobs in eastern Ukraine, against the offensive from Kiev, the NATO and their pacts with Putin; announce that the imperialism will try to bring the fire that it has shot in the Maghreb and Middle East to the entire world working class. Either this stops it or what we have ahead of us is fascism and war. Life has given its verdict. Fascism and war or socialism is the historical alternative".
26 years ago it didn't go well for the European working class when it was looking the other way -FOR THE BETRAYAL OF ITS LEADERSHIP- when in the Soviet Union capitalism was being restored. It isn't going well for it now, when its leadership is imposing it again to follow passively the heroic struggle of the masses from the east and the entire Ukraine. It is time to change this course and star a single and only struggle for salary, better life conditions and against the attack of the IMF, the bankers and those currently in the government. We have to organize a centralized struggle of the entire European working class! From the Russian steppes to Portugal we have to prepare a continental general strike!
One single class, one single struggle of the working class in all of Europe! As in the 30s before the Spanish civil war, and as yesterday hundreds of young people from Europe fraternized with the revolution in Middle East, today the combat alongside the Donbass workers. The workers' organizations from Europe and the entire world must vote: international worker brigades to combat alongside the heroic workers of Eastern Ukraine! Weapons, ammunition and food for the resistance!
We have to break the fence and stop the massacre against the Donbass workers!
