We are all workers of the mine Gold Clay Pig Investment (Gold Mill)!

Workers International League Zimbabwe we expose the Ikbal Bow Mohamed the owner of Gold Clay Pig Investment (Gold Mill) and its allies labour board.

The mine comprises of 40workers after he retrench more than 120 workers. Bow Mohamed is working with the labour officials not to pay workers their salaries, workers has gone for 1year without receiving full salaries. Bow is
failing to pay $230 per month the amount below Poverty Datum Line in Zimbabwe.

Mine workers are still fighting for their demands which are the ones of the workers in the entire region but they have taken their demands to labour courts where Mr Bow has decided to buy officials in favor of him.

It is the time now for the workers to take over the mill and fight like marikana workers and remove the union which support the bosses.

It is time that ZCTU Nkiwani stops begging with the bosses, the exploited ones only have misery, starvation and
unemployment!

Down with the union bureaucracy of ZCTU-Nkiwani who is with the government and defend Anglo American interest!

Out with Stalinism, labour aristocracy and bureaucracy from our worker organizations!

It is necessary to coordinate the fight and break with the bourgeoisie of Anglo American and ZANU-PF  government!

Let's take in our hands the call to fight against the Gold Clay Pig Investment in Kadoma.
From the worker and students organizations, union and the working class in Zimbabwe let us launch a fight against Bow Mohamed Gold Mill owner.

Workers International League we think it is necessary to:

1. The fight of the mine workers as it is the fight of the entire worker movement of Zimbabwe, because their demand for the payment of the wages concentrates the fight for wages, against the dismissals, for decent work for all, health system, education and decent housing and all the demands that the worker movement needs.

2. This fight against the mine boss is the same against the bosses, the lackey government and the transnational companies which plunder Africa and exploit the workers in Zimbabwe and the region.

For that reason we are for the expropriation of the expropriators of the people, to fight as in MARIKANA which posed the task in order to get our demands the expropriation without payment and under workers control  of the Anglo American, the land owners and banks who are stealing us with no mercy.
There is the money to guarantee work, housing and all our demands.

3. The fight of the mine workers of Kadoma is the fight of all the worker movement for that reason it is urgent to unify and coordinate the fight into a Fighting National Committee which organizes the pickets and the fighting committee, fighting for the general strike to get all our demands. To hit as a single fist against the exploiters,
their governments and political parties.

For that reason it is necessary to call to set up a National Congress where delegates of all the workers and students organizations participate at the door of the mine, because coordination and unification of the fight is the most needed task so we all win.
