Statement of the International Network for the Liberation of the Political Prisoners of the World and Justice for our martyrs

14/11/2016

December 12th, 2016

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF STRUGGLE FOR THE FREEDOM OF ALL THE POLITICAL PRISONERS OF THE WORLD, IN SUPPORT OF THE PERSECUTED WORKERS, THE POLITICAL REFUGEES AND AGAINST THE GENOCIDES MADE ON THE PEOPLE THAT ROSE AGAINST STARVATION, INJUSTICE AND PLUNDERING

LET’S TAKE TO THE STREETS OF THE WHOLE WORLD!

This 12/12 no exploited that ever fought, suffered repression, jail or be a martyr of the world working class can be left to oblivion.
All the workers organizations in the world must take in their hands the struggle for the freedom of the political prisoners and justice for our martyrs so that their names will be present as a banner of the struggle of all the workers.

This December 12th, which has become the International Day to fight for the freedom of all the political prisoners, to stop genocides and counterrevolutionary wars against the subjugated people since 2013, we will make an international day of struggle. We will do it stronger this time, since the fierce repression has increased as well as wars, genocide and persecution on workers and the subjugated people. Therefore we unite our struggle and our demands.
More than 7000 Palestinian political prisoners, locked in the dungeons of the Zionist state of Israel, as well as those thousands of martyrs of the Palestinian cause will be part of this day.
We will stand with the widows of the 34 Marikana miners brutally killed by the South African government and the mining transnational companies.
We will pay tribute, fighting for justice for the martyrs of the Argentinean working class, such as Dario Santillan, Maximiliano Kosteki, Anibal Veron, Teresa Rodriguez, Carlos Fuentealba, Mariano Ferreyra and those 40 workers killed on December 20th, 2001, by the Argentinean government.
In Mexico, together with the relatives of the 43 students of Ayotzinapa, we will cry out loud They took them alive, so we want them back alive! The state did it!
The hatred of the oppressors, the transnational companies and their murderous governments has reached the point of killing and imprisoning children, as it happens in Syria or Yemen; they sank the boats of refugees, indiscriminately bomb on entire cities as in Syria or they arrest, torture, put in jail and convict to a life sentence the Palestinian children that confront the Zionist occupation. Not only they enslave and kill those who fight, they also kill and incarcerate our children.
Thousands of men, women and children have spilled their blood the Mediterranean Sea as they ran away from massacres. They won’t be forgotten.
Those who kill and unleash repression on the people must know we have united and took to the streets of the world to say ENOUGH of massacres, repression and prisoners with which they try to blackmail and chastise those who fight for their demands in the entire world!

It will be a day for all the organizations fight in defense of the refugees, such as the Syrians, who came to Europe running away from massacre, starvation and extermination of murderous governments and regimes and now they are as true political prisoners in concentration camps as in Greece under Syriza’s government.
We will fight for the freedom of the teachers of CNTE, Mexico, that are in the dungeons of Peña Nieto government for fighting against the attack on the workers and the teachers movement.
We fight for the freedom of the anarchist youth in Greece, which was put in jail for the sole “crime” of confronting Troika and their austerity measures.
In Argentina, while the oil companies and the government convicted the workers of Las Heras to jail and with a life sentence, there are also 11 workers of UTA (transport workers union) in jail because they confronted the trade union bureaucracy, the workers of Tierra del Fuego are still facing charges because they stood up for their rights, as well as more than 7000 workers, also facing charges.
In India tens of workers are rottening in jail, whose sole “crime” was to fight in order not to be slaves of the transnational companies.
In the Spanish State, under the monarchy of the Borbons, more than 400 Basque political prisoners have been in jail for years, while Alfon, Nahuel and Bodalo are in prison for fighting for the rights of the workers, while hundreds of workers are being prosecuted or face charges as they stood up against the “gag law”.
In USA there are hundreds of political prisoners of the migrant workers and the African American movement, who also suffers repression and assassinations from the US police.

Comrades, this December 12th we need to unite all the struggles and the demands. The comrades imprisoned in Guantanamo, the poor peasants of Ayo Ayo convicted to 30 years in jail, the factory and mine workers facing charges in Bolivia, thousands of political prisoners of Egypt, more than 70 prisoners in the Pinochetist regime in Chile must know that, this day, they won’t be alone in their struggle.

We want for all the political prisoners of the world to be present. We want them to be known, for the workers and militant organizations of the world to know their names and to take the fight for their freedom internationally in their hands. That’s why we will publish and make everyone know the list of the names of the political prisoners in the world.

We call all the militant workers students youth organizations of the world to take these political prisoners as honor members of these organizations, to take up the struggle in their hands for the freedom of them all, and to make this December 12th a unified day of action.
From the Spanish State to the UK, From Russia to USA and the Europe devastated by the transnational companies, from America to Africa and the Pacific; let the the voice of FREE THE POLITICAL PRISONERS, STOP BARBARISM AGAINST THE EXPLOITED to be heard!
Let’s unite above borders as the big Banks and companies do in order to exploit and repress us. We will do it for fighting for our rights. Because the rebellion of the slaves is not a crime, it is justice!

LET’S FIGHT ALL TOGETHER!
ONE SINGLE CLASS, ONE SINGLE STRUGGLE!

DECEMBER 12th: LET’S TAKE TO THE STREETS TO MAKE RALLIES, DEMONSTRATIONS, CONCENTRATIONS AND ALL KINDS OF ACTIONS IN THIS DAY OF STRUGGLE!
